The absorbs well is fantastic! Knowing how crucial the skin barrier is, I'm obsessed with protecting it. After my skin was irritated from retinol, applying this cream thickly before bed made it feel better by morning. Even when I use a heavy serum underneath, this cream manages to control some of the excess shine. It's so well-formulated that you can use it in summer too.
