When I used it recently after my skin had flared up, the visible issues calmed down noticeably within 2-3 days. (Spreadability) It's smooth and applies well. There are some grainy particles, but it spreads evenly without any residue. (Moisture/Oil balance) When I apply 2 serums and finish with just this cream, there's no dryness. It stays supple until the next morning. However, after some time it does leave a slight sheen and oily feel, so I only use it in the evenings.
