When I generously applied it on a cotton pad and left it on my dry cheeks and forehead for a while, it felt as moisturizing as a sheet mask. Afterward, the dryness disappeared and the hydration lasted for a long time.

As someone with very dry skin, I initially felt a mild tingling sensation. I think if it deeply hydrates my skin, the tingling might go away.

It's slightly less watery than toner, making it nice to apply with your hands. It absorbs well too. I have extremely dry skin, so I bought this after seeing ads claiming it was gentle. I felt a slight tingling sensation right after applying it, but that might be because my skin was dry after washing. I've only used it for two days, so I'll write a more detailed review after using it longer.

This toner is fantastic for absorption! I absolutely love ingredients like rice and yuzu, so I was thrilled with this one. Ever since I switched to essence-type toners like this, I've completely given up on watery toners.

The packaging is simple and I like the cap-style opening. If I had to point out a downside, it would be the price. Compared to other large-volume, affordable ceramide toners, this one is definitely on the pricier side.

Even with just one layer, you can instantly feel the hydration. As you layer it two or three times, your skin feels more supple and firm. It's so moisturizing that in the morning, you can finish your routine with just three layers of toner and a hydrating cream. Among the various ceramide toners I've tried from other brands, this might be the most hydrating one yet. For dry skin, it works great as a toner, while for combination dehydrated skin, it's perfect as an essence toner, especially for this season.

The lid can be a bit tricky to open. It might just be me, but that's the only issue I've noticed.

It's much gentler than an exfoliating toner, perfect for absorption. The texture is incredibly smooth with almost no scent, which I actually prefer. The milky formula absorbs almost instantly, leaving skin feeling hydrated.

Buy the cream as a set with this product!

I can't think of any downsides. I'll keep using it, but at this point, I just hope it doesn't get discontinued!

Wow, this is amazing! I bought it on a whim because I suddenly wanted a rice-based product. My combination dehydrated skin was so out of balance, my face was literally peeling. But this? It worked wonders almost immediately! Even if you have oily skin, give it a try... It actually helps makeup adhere better. I'm writing this in hopes it never gets discontinued. One of my selection criteria was that it uses rice water instead of purified water, and I think I chose well. Get the cream too! The synergy when used together seems great.

For those with dry skin, apply 2-3 layers of an appropriate amount after cleansing. Highly recommended for dry skin types! If you bought Laneige Cream Skin because of good reviews but found it too oily and stuffy, give this one a try.

The downside is that it's expensive. But I bought it trusting the good ingredients. Being an essence toner, it feels like it runs out quickly. My folliculitis didn't get worse, and there's absolutely no irritation. The absorption is average. Unlike watery toners that feel like you're just applying water no matter how many times you layer them, this product makes my skin feel soft and deeply hydrated after just two applications. They say very watery formulas aren't good for dry skin, and it's better not to use them at all. I'd recommend this for people like me with dry skin. This is my honest review from a product I purchased with my own money.

With winter here, my skin would dry out quickly no matter what I applied, but layering this twice gives me amazing hydration, and my base makeup goes on smoothly too. There's no irritation, making it perfect for daily use!
