I have sensitive skin prone to redness. I bought this because it's supposed to be good for redness. When my skin is acting up, even this can cause a slight tingling sensation. However, when my skin is in decent condition, it feels gentle and soothing when applied. I like that it calms my skin, and the ingredients are great too. When my sensitivity flares up, even this product can cause irritation. It might be suitable for those without extremely sensitive skin. However, for me, it feels a bit sticky, and I don't think it absorbs well into my skin. The price is also a bit on the higher side, unfortunately. My skin was acting up, but after using this, it calmed down by the very next day! It absorbs cleanly without any sticky feeling. My skin feels softer, and it's fragrance-free. However, it's slightly lacking in hydration, so it might be better to layer it with other products. This lightweight formula was immediately refreshing and applied smoothly, yet still felt nourishing. As the formula is thin and lightweight, it absorbed quickly. Since my skin tends to be dry, I layered it on twice to provide extra hydration. I was recommended the Esthelea Cica 365 Serum, which is said to help calm redness and irritation, as well as strengthen the skin barrier. After about 2 weeks of layering it into my skincare routine, I found it did help soothe and fortify my skin. I recently learned that maintaining a healthy, slightly acidic skin pH is important to prevent external irritants and minimize moisture loss. Redness can be a sign of an elevated pH, so acidic skincare is crucial for strengthening the skin barrier. The Esthelea Cica 365 Serum has been very beneficial for my slightly acidic skincare needs. The dropper packaging also makes it easy to control the amount. As it's allergy-tested and non-comedogenic, I feel confident using this product. Applying it before makeup leaves my skin feeling refreshed and primed, resulting in a smooth, even makeup application that I'm very satisfied with. I plan to continue using this serum. At first, I felt the price was a bit high, but after using it for about 2 weeks, I'm seeing the effects, so the price was not at all regrettable.👍🏻 Layering the skin 2-3 times and using the combination of Estara Asica 365 Soothing Serum and Ongridients Brightening Lotion should effectively strengthen the damaged skin barrier.💗

The temporary soothing effect is great. It is not stimulating, so I can apply it without burden. Applying too much can leave a slightly oily feel. The barrier seems to improve well. I purchased and used it when my skin was sensitive, and the barrier seemed to recover quickly. Considering the high price, I'm not really sure about the effectiveness. It doesn't seem to have the moisturizing effect that was claimed. It doesn't just stop at calming the skin, but it goes a step further by correcting the skin's pH, which fundamentally addresses redness* and sensitive reactions.
