I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer and got to try it out. First, the compact size and cushion format are great for carrying around when going out. It was convenient to just dab it on with the cushion without any hygiene issues outside. I chose the milky pink color as I felt it would suit my cool-toned makeup well. The coverage is a bit on the lighter side, as shown in the third photo of a single application on the back of my hand - it seems to need 2-3 layers to build up the color. The formula is bouncy and seemed to blur and fill in my pores nicely when applied to the face!

There were no particular disappointments, but it seems the color tone improved after applying it multiple times.

The color payoff is more subdued than expected, and the color tone is lighter, so I wouldn't recommend it to those who prefer deeper shades. It has a powdery texture that works well as a base, and I think it would be liked by those with cool undertones in the summer.

Rubbing with your fingers works better for better color payoff compared to using a puff.

The cream blush (Perry_La) and powder blush (Perry_La, Eo_) I have don't show as much pigmentation. I have to really pack it on with the puff for it to show up. It looks great on people with a natural flush and very fair skin.
When I tested it by rubbing and pressing, it got really dented and the bottom showed through, as in the 3rd photo.

The powder & fixer did not provide very good longevity, which was disappointing. 
It seems to be due to the product formulation characteristics.
I dislike the heavy pigmentation, so I only apply a small amount, and as a result, it feels like it wears off after 3-4 hours.

For about a week, I've been using it daily on top of sunscreen-powder / sunscreen-cushion-powder! 
Although my skin is sensitive and I tend to have strong redness, this milky-pink blush with strong whiteness is my first time trying it, and surprisingly, even when applied moderately, the color is not at all burdensome, and it actually makes my skin tone look a bit brighter, so I'm very satisfied with it!
The compact is very small, making it convenient to carry, and the cushion is just the right size for two fingertips, so it's highly versatile and convenient, plus it even has a mirror, which is just great.

I rarely use blush because of my flushed complexion, and I don't like the way eyeshadow tends to crease over time, so I often use blush as an eyeshadow. However, the product I ordered seems to be in a solid or cream-like formula, and when I apply it to my eyes, it doesn't blend well and the color payoff is poor. If you're someone who uses blush frequently, this might work well for you. But considering the price, I probably wouldn't buy it again, as there are many more affordable and prettier options from other brands.

From the moment I applied for the Hwahae Trial Reviewers, I felt that the Tonymoly Cheek Tone Jelly Blusher in shade 1 Pog Pink was similar in color, so I applied with that shade. When I actually received and applied it, the Tiptop product seemed a little more delicate and had a slightly whiter, ballerina-pop-like feel. It's a color that suits me well. The level of whiteness goes Ballerina Pop > Tiptop > Tonymoly, but the Tiptop one has a more moisturizing, cream-powder in-between texture... a velvety cream feel. So it applies much more smoothly than Tonymoly or Clinique. The cushion puff is so adorable. It applies like a cream but finishes incredibly soft and powdery.

Those with extremely dry skin would likely benefit from using it.

The color payoff is not as strong as expected. Even when applied with my fingers or a sponge, the result feels quite light.
The application experience is very disappointing. The puff that comes with it doesn't work well, as the base gets pushed away. I've tried using other sponges and my hands, but no matter what, the color doesn't show up and it just gets pushed around, so I'm not sure how to use it properly.

The texture is solid yet moist, giving a unique and interesting feel when touched. It's not completely solid, nor is it a jelly - it's somewhere in between.
Compared to powder blushes, it has a softer, more supple feel.
The color is a classic strawberry milk shade, not leaning too warm or cool, making it a pretty and versatile hue.

The shade I received is No. 1 Milky Pink, which is a ballerina pink with a white undertone. This would be best suited for fair, warm-toned, and light skin tones. For skin tones darker than #21, the color may appear more like a soft skin-perfecting effect rather than a vibrant application.

I was judged as a 19 Hwahae lukewarm summer cool-toned light!

First, I thought the name Velvet meant it would be a matte baked type blush, but it was actually a slightly glossy cream blush! I love cream blushes, so I was actually happy about it🩷 It had a melting texture that dissolved with the warmth of my hand!!

It seems to have good staying power - even when I applied and rubbed it, the color stayed the same. 

The color was also the strawberry milk pink that cool-toned ladies love so much. I fell in love with the color as soon as I swatched it🫶 You can refer to the photo I uploaded to see the color. It's a daily color that looks pretty even when just swiped on quickly, so I think I'll be reaching for it a lot. It's not an overpowering color either, so it's easy to use!!  A great color to have in your collection.

I haven't been able to test the longevity yet, but given the good staying power, it seems it won't be too bad. And even if it fades quickly, the built-in puff and compact size make it really convenient for quick touch-ups💞
