I used it for 2 weeks and didn't see a huge effect on my freckles and blemishes, but I felt like my skin was getting cleaner overall!! (I think if I use it more consistently, I'll see a big effect) It's not oily, so oily-skinned people can use it without any trouble (it might be a bit drying for dry-skinned people though) The initial application is moisturizing, but the finish is refreshing. There's no greasiness. It absorbs quickly, so you don't have to pat it in or wait for it to fully absorb, which is nice! I was happy that the amount was generous.
