There are so many affordable concealers these days that I'm not sure if this higher-priced option is really necessary.

While it's best to apply concealer with a brush, carrying one around can be a hassle. I used to just pat it on with a puff when I was out. But this one has a built-in brush, so you only need to carry this one item. The brush itself is firm and flat, perfect for precise application in small areas. It fills in fine lines nicely and applies thinly with great adherence. It covers blue veins and red blemishes well, making it great for daily use.

For best results in minimizing pores, use a brush or puff to gently press the product into the skin while filling in pores. Those with oily or combination skin might find this works well as a foundation alternative. Finishing with a setting spray can improve its longevity.

The brush picks up quite a bit of concealer, so you need to control the amount before applying it to your face. It's a bit disappointing that some product goes to waste this way.

I usually use shade 20-21, so I chose 21 Vanilla for this product. It seems slightly lighter than the average 21 shade, but I think you can safely purchase your usual shade. Right after applying it to the skin, it feels moisturizing. When you gently blend it with a brush or puff and then pat it in, it sets to a soft, powdery finish. It fills in pores well, giving the skin a blurred, flawless appearance. I love that the applicator comes with a built-in brush, eliminating the need for additional tools.
