After cleansing, I did a quick basic skincare routine and left the mask on for 15-20 minutes. Even when I'm short on time, 10-15 minutes is enough for a good hydration boost! It's less sticky than other popular sheet masks, so it might be great for oily skin types, though it could be a bit lacking for those with dry skin. The scent wasn't too strong, and while I felt the cooling effect was slightly underwhelming, you could easily fix that by popping it in the fridge before use. This would be perfect for those with oily skin looking for a soothing mask in spring and summer! There's nothing particularly disappointing about this product. Pro tip: Put the sheet mask in the fridge for about 5 minutes before using, but don't store it there permanently! Remember, your skincare routine doesn't end with just the mask - always finish with a moisturizer. First off, even though my skin was acting up due to the changing seasons, it didn't make things worse. However, I can't say I felt a calming effect either. If you have dry skin and need intense hydration, this might not be for you. But I'd recommend it to those looking for light hydration and prefer lighter textures over heavy ones! To give you an idea of how lightweight it is, I actually preferred using it in the morning rather than evening. I kept it in the fridge, and after cleansing in the morning, I'd do a quick pat, apply this cool mask while drying my hair, then gently pat it in after removing. It absorbs without any stickiness, leaving a light, hydrated feel - perfect as a serum replacement in the morning. Plus, the cool temperature helped reduce morning puffiness! While I wouldn't say don't buy it, I can't give it an unconditional recommendation either. The reason being, I didn't see any dramatic calming effects. My skin has been prone to blemishes lately, and I've been dealing with severe redness that needed soothing. My skin was so red it looked like I was ill, but this product didn't seem to improve that aspect. Tip: Take one out of the fridge each morning! After blow-drying, remove the mask and it absorbs quickly, making makeup application easy. Even with makeup on, I didn't feel any dryness at all! Hydration boost My oily skin tends to break out with rich products, but using overly light formulas leads to deep dryness and tiny bumps. This mask strikes a perfect balance - it's light enough while providing ample hydration, maintaining a great oil and moisture balance. 2. Makeup-friendly Using this mask before makeup or applying leftover serum helps my makeup go on smoothly without pilling. Though the weather's getting warmer and I notice a slight sheen, it's not overly greasy - more like a subtle Inner Glow. 3. Soothing When my skin feels irritated, this mask seems to have a calming effect. It's gentle enough for all skin types. I've always used Mediheal, but Celimax is pretty good too. I'm considering repurchasing! No downsides so far. It's gentle and easy to use. I'll update if any issues arise. Using a light, soothing cream as a moisturizer also helps prevent blemishes from appearing.
