Positive aspects: It applies as moisturizing as a hydrating cream, yet absorbs quickly into the skin without feeling heavy or sticky. There's absolutely no white cast, and it sits perfectly under makeup without any pilling. It lacks the typical stiffness of mineral sunscreens and can be used gently even on sensitive skin without irritation. It leaves a thin moisture barrier on the skin, making it particularly suitable for dry skin types. Areas for improvement: Although it has a high sun protection factor of SPF50+ / PA++++, you might need to reapply several times on days when you're sweating a lot or your skin is particularly oily. People who prefer a matte finish might find it a bit too moisturizing. Usage tips: For quick absorption and no pilling, gently pat it onto your skin as the last step of your skincare routine. Its high moisture content allows for a dewy base that doesn't cake when applied before makeup. On dry days, this sunscreen alone can conveniently serve as both your moisturizer and sun protection. - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 8, 2025
I've lost count of how many times I've repurchased this. There's hardly any white cast, and it's so hydrating that it's perfect for daily use. The texture is just right - not too runny, not too thick - and it absorbs well, leaving the skin feeling moisturized. As a moisturizer, it provides excellent hydration, making it particularly suitable for those with dry skin. While there's nothing particularly disappointing about it, applying too much can lead to makeup pilling or separation. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMar 26, 2025
Moisturizing emulsion formula, the name itself screams hydration! Safe ingredients Perfect for daily use Ideal for dry skin No white cast, no flaking or caking - truly an emulsion No makeup pilling Doesn't sting the eyes! I was concerned about it being organic, but both application and absorption are satisfying Can be used without any issues I always apply it before makeup, and its moisturizing effect works well with cosmetics! - Hwahae UserDry SkinMar 25, 2025
- It feels moisturizing, or more precisely, it gives a coating sensation without feeling heavy or suffocating! - There's no white cast - Generous amount of product - Absorbs well - Gives you that coveted 'glass skin' look - The lack of white cast suggests it might not be a mineral sunscreen (just a guess). If it is mineral and doesn't leave a white cast, that would be amazing! - Occasionally experiences some pilling, though not every time Comparing it to the Torriden mineral sunscreen I've used for years: Mineral: Leaves skin feeling a bit dry / Water-based: This one gives a glow. Mineral: Tone-up effect with white cast / Water-based: Completely colorless Mineral: No pilling at all / Water-based: Occasional pilling Mineral: Generally suitable for most / Water-based: Not recommended for oily skin or summer use - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 25, 2025
As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I loved how this product felt like it was locking in much-needed hydration when applied. I've always found that my skin agrees with hyaluronic acid products, and this sunscreen seemed to keep my skin moisturized longer than others. Despite being a mineral sunscreen, I didn't experience any eye irritation, white cast, or pilling. It would probably work great as a makeup base too! Perhaps due to my oily skin, I felt it was a bit rich for my liking. It might be best to avoid this during the summer months. I found that mixing the sunscreen with another product solved the issue of it feeling too rich. Personally, I mixed it with a purple makeup base before applying my makeup. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinMar 25, 2025
Absorbs well and feels great on the skin. It applies smoothly in a thin layer, instantly hydrating the skin. There's no white cast, making it perfect for everyday use. I can't think of any downsides. Usually, my super sensitive skin reacts badly to sunscreens, leaving it irritated and a mess. However, this product didn't cause any skin reactions, blemishes, or itching. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 25, 2025
The product has an almost unnoticeable scent and comes in a light sky-blue formulation. As an organic sunscreen, it absorbs well into the skin, and I didn't experience any of the eye irritation or stickiness I was worried about. While it lacks the brightening effect typical of mineral sunscreens, which is a bit disappointing, its hydrating properties make it great for dry skin. The moisturizing feel and absence of white cast make me think it would work well for men too. Despite typically only using mineral sunscreens due to my super sensitive skin, this organic sunscreen felt surprisingly gentle. The lack of a significant brightening effect is slightly disappointing. Other than that, no complaints! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinMar 25, 2025
* Delivery on 2025-03-20, started using from the 21st * Torien's signature bright pastel sky blue sunscreen! It goes on lightly without white cast thanks to organic UV filters, but feels like it creates a moisturizing barrier as if you've applied a hydrating cream. As it's the changing season, I'm reducing my skincare steps, but applying this sunscreen as the final step feels like adding an extra layer of moisturizer, leaving my skin incredibly hydrated. There's no heavy feeling, but when applied with hands, your palms become noticeably shiny. There is a slight stickiness, but it's tolerable if you're after that hydrated feel! Even after applying it before blow-drying my hair, my face still maintains a glow. (Most of you probably know how much moisture a hairdryer can strip from your face.) Instead of looking oily and greasy, your skin appears luminous, filled with a hydrated glow. I applied the sunscreen once in the morning, and until cleansing at night, I experienced no tightness or itching on my face. The flip-top design made the product easy to use, and controlling the amount was simple. If there's any downside, it might be that it's hard to see how much product is left? Since my skin tends to fluctuate between normal and oily, when I applied only the sunscreen, my face looked too greasy. I usually apply a thin layer of cushion or foundation after the sunscreen, finishing with a light dusting of powder, and it lasts all day without creasing. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinMar 25, 2025
A sunscreen that's as moisturizing and lightweight as Torriden's basic skincare line! It feels like applying a hydrating moisturizer, with excellent absorption and hydration. No particular scent or white cast, making it suitable for everyone regardless of age or gender. I was worried it might be sticky due to its moisturizing properties, but it absorbs well without any stickiness, even when applied to the body. It leaves the skin feeling hydrated. This would be perfect for use during winter! The long tube doesn't fit into small bags, but it's lightweight. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 25, 2025
- Texture: A hydrating emulsion-like formula - Application: Glides on smoothly and moisturizes - Feel: No white cast, minimal eye irritation - Pros: As someone with very dry skin, I prefer hybrid or organic sunscreens over purely mineral ones. This sunscreen has a typical organic sunscreen base with a noticeable hydrating effect, making it great for very dry skin. Perhaps due to the hyaluronic acid, there's a slight pilling, but since I don't wear much makeup, I didn't find it to be a significant drawback. It's moisturizing without leaving a white cast or causing much eye irritation, so I'd consider repurchasing when I run out. The slight pilling and the fact that the moisturizing effect doesn't last very long might make it challenging to use in winter for my very dry skin. Also, there's a tiny bit of eye irritation, so those with super sensitive skin might want to avoid it.
