It's wonderfully moisturizing and I love the beautiful color. I'm using it every day! I haven't experienced any breakouts on my face and I'm using it well, so I don't really have any complaints. - so***********Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 11, 2025
It gives my complexion a nice, lively look that suits me well. The scent is pleasant, and the color payoff is decent. Among the blushes I've tried, this one ranks second, and I'm quite satisfied with it. When applied over base makeup, it tends to slightly disrupt the foundation. If you just apply it directly, it can look a bit awkward. I found that you really need to pat it in with a puff to achieve a pretty finish. I always make sure to pat in the cream blush with a puff after application. - di****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedApr 2, 2025
As someone with dry skin, I've always preferred cream blushes over powder ones. Lately, I've been craving that 'Inner Glow' blush effect. When I tested this at the Olive Young store, I was immediately drawn to its beautiful luminous finish, so I bought it without hesitation. I couldn't use it for a few days after purchasing, and here's why: I don't usually apply blush directly to my face, so I didn't experience the base makeup lifting that others mentioned. However, the first day I tried patting it on with my fingers, I was shocked to see it completely remove my base makeup! After experimenting with various puffs and brushes at home, I found the best application method is using a disposable puff with small holes, like the Skinfood wedge puff or Fillimilli soft sponge pieces. Of course, there are some good brush combinations too, but brushes require cleaning after use, so I save those for days when I want to put in extra effort. This blush truly gives that dewy, inner glow effect, making it one of my current favorites. In my opinion, its texture and finish are quite unique compared to other cream blushes, which makes it even more beautiful and special. Initially, I only bought #03 Peach, but later decided to try more shades. However, as a cool-toned pale person, I found most of the colors too saturated and only ended up purchasing #04 Apricot Beige. Both these shades work well for light or deep undertones if you're cool-toned and pale like me, so I highly recommend them! For more detailed color descriptions, please check other reviews (I'm not great at describing colors). Overall impressions of both shades: Pros: 1. The colors are clear without any muddiness, resulting in a fresh skin appearance. It may not pair well with heavy base makeup. 2. At first, I thought the small case might be inconvenient, but now I prefer it as someone who frequently buys makeup. It's affordable and easy to use up quickly. 3. Although it doesn't last long, the small case makes it convenient to carry and reapply. It's the first blush I've ever touched up! 4. As someone always concerned about under-eye darkness, this blush acts like a cheat code to brighten that area. 5. Personally, I reach for Apricot Beige more often than Peach. It feels like a unique shade in my collection. 6. The free Glow Balm that comes with Apricot Beige has a Vaseline-like texture, which might be hit or miss, but those who enjoy natural highlighting might like it. Cons: 1. Hair can stick to it. 2. It may take some experimentation to find the right application method for your tools and base makeup. 3. A friend who bought it found it too shiny and emphasized texture, so she gave me her Beige Grape shade. Because of these points, I'm deducting one star. I wish they had more muted, pale shades with a white base. I've included comparison photos of the three shades for reference! @@ (Personal color re-diagnosis) 13-15 Cool Summer Pale/Deep Undertone Pale compatible @@ When I mentioned concerns about redness and dryness from covering it, they suggested using a darker foundation (17-19) to cover the redness on the cheeks, which take up most of the face, and then emphasizing volume on the rest of the face with the lightest possible tone. You need to apply it with a wedge puff to avoid lifting your base makeup. The staying power isn't great, but the inner glow, dewy effect is amazing. - 34******Combination SkinRecommendedMar 27, 2025
I got the Light Undertone shade 17! Wanted to try something fresh for spring, so I bought this. The color is absolutely gorgeous and surprisingly flatters cool tones better than I expected. Unfortunately, the color fades rather quickly, which is disappointing. Also, it tends to stick to hair easily. I make sure to carry it with me... - me*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 23, 2025
It's truly so beautiful... I have a deep undertone, but I'm the type of deep undertone that suits coral shades better than pink! When I do my makeup, I mainly emphasize my cheeks, and the less I apply, the better it looks. I've been disappointed that there aren't many coral-colored blushers with a glow, but this one is absolutely gorgeous - it's like applying a peach directly to your cheeks! When applied, it has an incredible glow that gives an Inner Glow effect and blends naturally... It also doesn't create harsh lines, so you can easily blend it out with your fingers for a natural look. It goes on so sheer, I'm extremely satisfied. Inevitably, as you roll it on in circular motions... it picks up dust-like particles very easily. So when you apply it to your face, you keep getting bits of dust stuck to it... Other than that, everything else is great! I highly recommend this for those who love Inner Glow blushers like me, but if you prefer powder-based matte blushers, you might find it a bit heavy on the skin. - wa********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMar 13, 2025
* Yellow 21 - Warm Deep Apricot Beige The color is incredibly natural for my complexion. Here's the crucial part - if you apply it directly to your face trying to build up the color, it'll make your base makeup dissolve and flake. To avoid disrupting your base, use a latex sponge, brush, or your fingertips (fingerprint side) to gently pat and blend it in. When applied, it gives a beautiful glow and makes your skin look healthy. However, for those with deeper skin tones, this shade might be a bit light. The accompanying balm-type glitter is absolutely stunning! If I were reviewing just the glitter, it would easily deserve more than 5 stars. It has a transparent base with yellow gold shimmer and especially lots of orange sparkles. It's as beautiful as a galaxy of stars. (It's honestly the prettiest glitter I've seen recently.) I wish there were more diverse color options. This shade seems like it would suit those with lighter skin tones best. - rt*****Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMar 10, 2025
I have dry skin with a deep undertone and light complexion! - It doesn't pill or lift when applied directly over base makeup, making it easy to apply quickly for a speedy makeup routine! (I found it lifts a bit when applied with fingers though.. For reference, I used it over the Rom&nd Bear Water Cushion) - It has a moisturizing yet slightly rich feel, creating a beautiful glow✨ Perfect for that dewy makeup look! - I love its sweet scent! - No worries about breakage, so it's convenient to carry around when going out! After rolling the product onto my face and blending the edges with my fingers, then lightly dusting some powder, I feel like the color becomes noticeably lighter It pairs well when you apply a powder blush as a base color and layer this cream blush on top as a point color! - go********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessRecommendedMar 3, 2025
After much deliberation, I have zero regrets about this purchase. It's the quintessential deep undertone blush you see on Pinterest. The staying power is surprisingly long-lasting. The glow? It's like a beautiful Inner Glow that rises up, reminiscent of pudding. I'm absolutely in love with it. It's not overly sticky either... I'll definitely be repurchasing this without a doubt. Because it's a moisturizing blush, it tends to cause some pilling with my makeup...
