This is my personal opinion: First off, I was impressed that the packaging was made of paper! It made me think this brand cares not just about skin, but the environment too (though the applicator is unavoidably plastic). The biggest advantage is that it's a single-use device. The usage was simpler than expected, and the amount of serum was generous. While the absorption into my skin was slow, the serum provided a decent level of hydration, so just a generous application was enough to prevent dryness for my combination/oily skin type. I've tried 4 products over the past 2 weeks. Until I was using the second one, I didn't know, but after using the third one, I noticed that my pores visibly decreased. I think you need to use it for at least 3 products to see the effects.
Cons
My skin is not sensitive and I don't get acne easily, but when I use this product, my skin does tend to get slightly reddish and swollen. So I wouldn't recommend it for those with sensitive skin. After using it, you really need to apply a cold pack.

I was told that using it up to 3 times a week would be fine, so I used it every 2 days and used it a total of 3 times.
