Pros
Dry skin folks, this is a must-buy! It's truly a Hwahae favorite. It balances oil and moisture so well that you'll notice a clear difference between using it and not. It gives you that natural Inner Glow look.

Pros
An excellent product for achieving a glowing complexion. It's particularly effective when applied before base makeup, allowing for an incredibly radiant skin appearance. If you love a luminous complexion, I highly recommend this. While it might be a bit intense for non-dry skin types in summer, it's perfect for other seasons. As someone with dry (but not extremely dry) skin, I've been using it less frequently as the weather warms up, but I've been very satisfied since purchasing it in spring. It's as moisturizing as it is illuminating, which I love. I bought it because of its reputation as a "makeup-friendly" cream, and it definitely lives up to the hype.
Cons

Skin type: Combination dehydrated, T-zone gets oily over time I used this in January, and usually in winter, my makeup would break down when I'm out for long due to dryness. But when I applied the Glow Skin Balm as a base layer before my cushion foundation, the glow on my cheekbones lasted all day.
Cons
If you apply it all over your face, it creates an overall shine, even in areas where it's not needed.
Tip
For best results, apply a moderate amount on the cheekbones before your cushion foundation. This creates a dewy, glass skin effect.

When I apply this cream before my base makeup and then use a cushion, my skin gets this incredibly beautiful, radiant glow. I always use a glow cushion, but since I have dry skin, if I layer on too much skincare, the cushion immediately pills or my skin looks really weird after a while. So I decided to try just using this after toner before applying the cushion, and wow! It's amazing - there's hardly any breakdown, and it's absolutely fantastic!
Cons
Like with other products, if you apply too much, it can pill. For the best complexion, it seems you should apply a moderate amount, gently pat it in to help it absorb, and then continue with your makeup routine.

I have dry skin that's obsessed with achieving a radiant glow. First off, the small tube size makes it convenient to use. It definitely gives a noticeable luminous effect. Since I apply it after my skincare routine, even with dry skin, spreading it all over the face might cause some pilling. I personally apply a small amount only to areas that need that glow - like the butterfly zone, bridge of the nose, and chin. It really helps my makeup adhere better and creates a subtle, beautiful Inner Glow.
Cons
To be honest, achieving that 'glass skin' effect is quite challenging with this product. That's because it has almost no priming function. If you're expecting it to work as a primer, you might be disappointed.

Usage period: One month Adherence: Excellent As someone with dry skin, I used to worry a lot before applying cushion foundation. But when I use this as the final step of skincare, right before the cushion, it gives such a beautiful glow and the foundation adheres amazingly well. I can't believe I only discovered this now! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the jar packaging is a bit inconvenient. However, I heard they've released a 20ml tube version? That would be perfect for travel!
Cons
The jar packaging is such a pain... I'll definitely have to buy the tube version next time.
Tip
It spreads more thinly than expected, so when scooping it out, use only as much as shown in the photo (a small amount)!

Amazing! This gives you that coveted 'glass skin' look. Even when I use a matte cushion foundation, it doesn't cake up! It feels more like a base for achieving that dewy makeup look rather than just skincare.
Cons
Nothing major to complain about. There's a slight scent, which might be an issue if you prefer fragrance-free products. I wonder if the other packaging version might be more convenient?
