I bought this popular social media item out of curiosity, as I have dry skin. In the last week of December 2024, I applied my usual skincare routine and then added this cream to my cheeks and chin, which are my driest areas, before going out for an appointment with makeup on. My friends always complimented me on my good skin... Now, after using this cream just once, I've been going to the doctor for 4 months, taking medication. They say I'll even need laser treatment for the redness. I don't know when my skin will get better. I've switched to emulsions and creams that are supposed to be good for the skin barrier, I'm diligently taking my medication, and I'm not doing anything else to my skin. I've completely stopped exfoliating, minimized my skincare routine, and only wear makeup on special occasions. I used to wear makeup every day... I wish I could go back to before I used this cream!
