This one was a bit harsh for my sensitive skin, so I found the other version of Medipeel's sebum softener worked better for me. Both seem equally effective at reducing sebum and blackheads. So next time I'll probably go back to the previous version. If I didn't saturate it enough, it didn't remove blackheads well. But if I used too much, it caused a tingling sensation. It's a tricky balance! For those with super sensitive skin like me, it's important to find the right balance when using products targeting blemishes and pores. While this Medipeel product is effective, I'd recommend patch testing first to see how your skin reacts. But being "3X", it works well even on bare skin! ✔️ Like the regular Medipeel version, other products show a huge difference between using a blackhead remover (scraper) and a vibrating exfoliator. With the 3X, there's no difference - it works equally well with both tools! ✔️ The free pads look stiff, but when wet, they become perfect for masking - soft and pliable like a sheet mask. ✖️ True to its "3x" name, it's much stronger than the regular version. That's awesome, haha. Since I'm a bit on the oily side, I just dab a cotton pad with some water and do it for 10 minutes, then use my dedicated tool to really scrape away at it. Tons of sebum comes out. Personally, I'm a bit disappointed. I'm currently pushing it about once a week, but the white sebum is coming out really well. The sebum liquefaction seems to be quite certain.
