Been using the same shampoo for years. Extremely curly, so I get it chemically straightened 1-2 times a year, leaving my hair in poor condition. I don't give 5 stars unless it's worth spending my own money on. Loves: Gives hair a nice oil and moisture balance, making it feel more manageable
ConsHates: The combination of musky and overly sweet scent triggers motion sickness. The fragrance suddenly intensified while I was sleeping, waking me up more than twice. There's a brief lemon scent for a split second, then immediately an extremely sweet aroma mixed with cinnamon lingers. A friend asked where the yogurt smell was coming from - it was me. Experienced an intense burning sensation on the back of my head. This is my first time encountering such an issue, so I'm not sure why it's happening. I didn't even apply it to my scalp, and this is the only change in my routine, so I can only conclude it's this product. The constant heat makes me want to rush home and wash my hair. The spray bottle seems subpar. It doesn't distribute evenly, with some areas getting more product than others.
TipTip: Shake well before use

At first, it smells a bit like an air freshener, but the lasting scent is pleasant.
ConsStrangely, I felt itchy wherever it touched my skin. I checked Hwahae and found 11 potential allergens - even more than in a discontinued product! My face and neck became itchy and irritated. I've never had such a reaction to a hair product before, it's shocking. It's a waste of money and harsh on the skin. This is my first time trying a Lush product, and judging by the ingredients, I wonder if it's worth the high price.
TipThis seems to be an expensive hair oil/essence/perfume that doesn't provide heat protection. It's best not to use it before blow-drying. Since it contains oil, it's better to apply it after drying your hair with a heat protectant product.
