The scent is pleasant, which is nice, but it's actually stronger than expected. The fragrance is definitely quite intense and might be overwhelming for some people.

I'm on my second bottle now. The scent is strong, and when applied to frizzy hair, it protects against heat damage. The fragrance lingers for a long time. Even though it's in a spray bottle, I find myself spraying it multiple times into my palm and applying it with my hands. The scent is truly delightful and sweet. When I spray it, it definitely helps calm my hair. The fragrance is overwhelmingly strong, making it impossible to apply enough for any real effect on the hair. The spray comes out in a sudden burst, like spitting, so you can't apply it directly to your hair. The scent isn't what I expected either. I was hoping for a really sweet milk or vanilla scent, but instead it has an intense yogurt smell with hints of cinnamon. When I use this, people in the same room say it smells like cotton candy. They notice it immediately, even after just one spray. The scent lingers until I wash my hair. If you're a fan of vanilla scent, I highly recommend this. It's a milk-type formula, so it's not overly lightweight. Your hair instantly becomes softer and easier to comb through. The fragrance can be polarizing. As someone who's using a hair essence for the first time with this product, I've truly experienced a whole new world! The transformation in my hair texture is remarkable. I have thick, long hair, but even with just one spray in my hands, applied while combing through both sides (even with a tiny amount), the fragrance lingers intensely for a long time. I love how it maintains moisture and softness throughout the day. The scent is incredibly strong, even with just one spray! It's not only intense but also lasts for an extremely long time. The fragrance doesn't fade all day. It has a sweet Super Milk scent, which might be great for those who enjoy it, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're sensitive to fragrances! Due to its strength, I've often been told I smell like dalgona or that I have a sweet scent. However, the fragrance doesn't quite match my personal taste... haha. For those who prefer a more subtle scent, try applying the essence after washing and fully drying your hair, then use a hair dryer. I received this as a birthday gift and I absolutely love it! I had a perm but my hair is naturally straight, so it kept falling out. However, when I spray Super Milk, it feels like the curls last much longer! Since it's a spray rather than a cream, it doesn't weigh my hair down, and the scent lasts for a long time too. If you dislike strong fragrances, this product might be hit or miss. Personally, I'm a fan - I love the sophisticated and intriguing scent!

Been using the same shampoo for years. Extremely curly, so I get it chemically straightened 1-2 times a year, leaving my hair in poor condition. I don't give 5 stars unless it's worth spending my own money on. Loves: Gives hair a nice oil and moisture balance, making it feel more manageable Hates: The combination of musky and overly sweet scent triggers motion sickness. The fragrance suddenly intensified while I was sleeping, waking me up more than twice. There's a brief lemon scent for a split second, then immediately an extremely sweet aroma mixed with cinnamon lingers. A friend asked where the yogurt smell was coming from - it was me. Experienced an intense burning sensation on the back of my head. This is my first time encountering such an issue, so I'm not sure why it's happening. I didn't even apply it to my scalp, and this is the only change in my routine, so I can only conclude it's this product. The constant heat makes me want to rush home and wash my hair. The sweet scent is lovely and it has great staying power. Perfect as a substitute for perfume! If I spray it about 10 times, I get a headache. I wonder if there's an ingredient in the Hwahae list that causes headaches... Although the benefits are significant, so I'm still using it for now, I'm not sure about repurchasing. Use in moderation
