This is a light and watery soothing gel formula. It has a refreshing sensation and is quickly absorbed. It has a non-sticky and refreshing finish that I like. There was no oily feel, and it was quite moisturizing, so it seems like a good lightweight soothing cream to use in the summer.
Cons
