Even in winter, my skin gets oily 2-3 hours after makeup. Can't use cleansing oils. I have combination dehydrated skin with easily clogged pores. My sensitive skin reacts to the slightest irritants like hair or dust, causing blemishes. Can't use face masks. Scars and hyperpigmentation tend to linger. Slight redness. Skin condition fluctuates rapidly depending on temperature, humidity, and overall health. • The powder-like finish is just right, with a nice texture. • Even on my extremely oily T-zone, patting it gently after application creates a blurring effect like a primer. That's a big plus! • While my sensitive butterfly zone felt slightly itchy, it didn't cause any blemishes! • The application is smooth. • The brightening effect is natural - I was worried the green tint might make me look artificial or too pale, but it was unfounded. Even with my uneven complexion, it gives a subtle brightening effect. After skincare, I just glide this sunstick on, pat it in, and only need concealer for dark circles. It's quick and easy for light outings. • The mini size is great for portability, and it has both an outer cap and an inner transparent cover to help prevent oxidation and spoilage. • As it's a multi-functional product with UV protection, primer, powder, and brightening effects, the formula seems a bit thick. While it's convenient to reapply on various areas when out, I plan to only touch up around the eyes and cheekbones, avoiding the eye area itself (where I've already battled wrinkles and dark circles with a brush in the morning) to prevent caking or removal of existing makeup. • The staying power on the T-zone isn't very long, which is disappointing. • Be careful not to apply too much on thin skin areas (e.g., around eyes, between brows, around mouth) as it may emphasize wrinkles or make makeup look thicker than usual. • While my chin area usually doesn't break out, I recently developed three milia-like blemishes while using this product as the weather got warmer and my cycle approached. No matter how many layers you apply, it maintains a natural look without becoming excessively white - perfect for daily use. The pleasant texture and smooth application are top-notch. Everything about it is perfect. Absolutely perfect. I'm trying a sunstick for the first time in about 7 years. The first one I used was famous for its matte finish, but I wasn't really impressed, so I've just been using sunscreen since then. What was that brand again? Papa Recipe, maybe? As you know, sunsticks aren't applied directly with your fingers, so even the slightest stickiness can make them feel like they're sitting on top of your skin rather than blending in. But this one, I can say with certainty, feels even more velvety smooth than applying with your fingers. I'm telling you, it's incredibly soft and silky! Can you believe a sun protection product feels smoother than your actual skin? After application, any visible lines easily disappear with a light pat of your fingers. Forget regular sunscreen, just buy this. I'm begging you. Honestly, I don't even feel the need to explain it at length. I just... wish they'd release a larger size. I want to apply it all over my body. That's all. I'm not sure if this counts as a downside... It feels so pleasantly silky compared to bare skin and only brightens your complexion by about 5% max, so you might find yourself wondering if you've applied it thoroughly enough. Oh, and there's a clear inner cap inside the main cap. It's not great hygienically or visually as it rubs against the stick. I'd recommend tossing it out. I discarded mine after 5 uses when I noticed sunstick residue building up on the clear cap. It's absolutely fantastic for applying on the neck! For areas needing extra protection like around the eyes or forehead, it's good to reinforce the barrier by applying sun serum over the sunstick (it's mentally reassuring).
