I didn't experience any major blemishes and it worked fine for me. I think it could work for all skin types, but those with extremely oily skin might find it a bit heavy! The texture is incredibly fluid, like flowing water, but it has a rich, oily feel. Those with oily skin might find it challenging to adapt to at first. I have oily, acne-prone skin and decided to try this product because panthenol is known to be good for inflammation. For facial use, you won't see results after just one or two applications - it requires consistent, long-term use. Even so, I did notice some blemishes still appearing. However, it was surprisingly effective on body blemishes after just one use. It seems less effective on oily skin issues, possibly due to excess sebum and hormonal factors. The formula itself is a bit heavy. I'll continue using it, especially in winter, as it works well with my bubble toner to prevent deep dryness. My oily, blemish-prone skin is quite stubborn, so I'm still experiencing some breakouts. While I continued to experience blemishes (not caused by this product), it definitely has a soothing effect. If you have oily skin, I'd recommend using it in winter. It's excellent for calming skin that's irritated, red, and tingling from cold winds or sun exposure. I especially recommend trying this on body blemishes - it works wonders for back acne, chin acne, neck acne, and chest acne! I've been using this product since January 2025. Its lightweight consistency makes it easy to apply. I'm satisfied because when I layer it on areas of my skin that need soothing, I can see improvement within a day or two. The fragrance-free formula allows for worry-free use. When pumping, a large amount comes out at once, causing the initial application of serum to be too strong. It even splashes on walls or mirrors... I hear this issue is being addressed, so it should improve in the future. When blemishes appear on the body, applying the serum helps soothe them by the next day. The absorbs well is light and it absorbs quickly, which is great. It's gentle and non-irritating even for super sensitive skin, so I use it often. The hydration lasts a long time, and I felt my skin becoming more moisturized. Lastly, it's nearly fragrance-free, so even those sensitive to scents can use it!
