The watery texture is perfect for soaking thin cotton pads, making it great for a toner mask! - It's ideal for cooling down the skin and providing hydration before makeup. Using it as a toner mask was a perfect match! - The scent is pleasantly cool without being too overwhelming. - Compared to the runny texture of my usual Rovectin toner, this product has a more fluid consistency. I found it works well when decanted into a spray bottle for use as a mist. Cons: - Inconvenient packaging The overwhelmingly inconvenient aspect was, unsurprisingly, the packaging. Since I mainly used it by soaking cotton pads, it wasn't a major drawback. However, I imagine it could be a bit cumbersome for direct application. - Ingredients I'm a bit uneasy about some potentially allergenic ingredients. Toner mask!

I have quite oily skin with large pores, so after wearing makeup for a while, oil tends to build up, making my skin look shiny. The hot weather in Japan didn't help either. By the afternoon after arriving, my face was having an oil party! All I wanted to do was cleanse my skin as soon as possible... Luckily, I had packed the Belief toner in my cosmetic bag. The next day, I used it as a base before applying makeup. The result? Much less oil production, improved skin texture, and a significantly more matte finish compared to the first day. I was able to explore various places feeling fresh and confident! Belief is already well-known, but after trying the toner, I'm eager to test out their other products too! It's also vegan-certified, so it's a trustworthy choice for everyone from kids to adults. I use it with confidence! I wish they had a slightly smaller version. It would fit perfectly in my travel pouch... If you have blemishes or troubled areas, try soaking a cotton pad with the toner and applying it to your skin. I noticed immediate improvement by the next day!

I don't wear any makeup. The fresh and cool scent was pleasant from the first impression. After applying (and wiping), there was no stickiness, and my skin actually felt more hydrated. I was worried it might be drying since it's not a runny formula, but it left my skin feeling clean and balanced without any tightness. While I didn't have any major blemishes, after using it for a few days, I noticed the small pimples gradually disappearing. I'm so relieved that I haven't had any of those occasional large, angry blemishes pop up yet! The product volume seems a bit small. I would consistently use it if it came in a larger size, but the price is quite steep for what you get. I felt like cotton pads were absorbing too much of the toner, so I switched to non-woven style cotton pads, which worked better. It feels like it's dissolving the hidden sebum around my forehead and nose area. You know how sebum can harden inside and cause inflammation, right? I used to have a lot of inflammatory acne, but this toner seems to melt away the sebum trapped inside. Secondly, the absorption is great. I've tried some slippery toners that don't absorb well, but this one seems to sink in nicely, probably because it's also working on blemishes. Irritation is also a key factor, and this one is pretty much non-irritating. That's why I think it's good! In a nutshell, if you're looking for a toner that absorbs well, works fast, doesn't irritate, and is great for acne-prone skin, I'd recommend the Belief Solution Toner. I'm not sure how effective it is on already inflamed blemishes. Also, it's not completely fragrance-free. The toner isn't completely unscented; there's a slight floral note. I wouldn't really recommend it if you're sensitive to fragrances or have super sensitive skin. I recommend applying it with a cotton pad as it runs off your hands quickly. ✅ Scent I'm quite sensitive to fragrances, but this product has never bothered me. It's practically unscented. ✅ Effectiveness We know ingredients like BHA and PHA are great for dead skin cell removal. After using this product for exfoliation and then applying my next skincare step, I felt a slight tingling sensation. I'm not sure if it's because my skin is sensitive or if the product was effectively exfoliating, but I felt like it was doing its job in removing dead skin cells. ✅ Volume Although it's only 150ml, since you're using it with a cotton pad, a little goes a long way. I think it will last quite a while. It lacks hydration, which made my dry skin feel tight and uncomfortable. That's a bit disappointing. I apply it using cotton pads. I happened to have some embossed toner pads from Medicube, so I didn't buy separate cotton pads. I use these to wipe my face and even my elbows. Hydration Among sebum-controlling toners, this one seems to offer the best moisturizing effect. It feels slightly elastic when applied, but once absorbed, it leaves a fresh feeling. I appreciate that it spreads well and finishes with a light touch, unlike toners that feel like they're drying as you apply them. 3. Effectiveness My nose pores are large, so sebum production is quite visible. Usually, over time, you can see sebum forming along the nose pores, but with this, it's noticeably reduced. 4. It seems perfect for summer use This isn't really a drawback, but it's definitely a toner designed for oily skin. If you have combination dehydrated skin, you might feel some dryness in areas with less sebum production. Amazingly, just changing to this toner stopped my makeup from separating, which used to happen daily. For reference, I mainly used the pat-and-press method, only using it as an exfoliating toner before applying makeup. While the volume feels a bit small for the price, which is slightly disappointing, I'm so impressed with its performance that I'll likely repurchase when I run out. If you're not a fan of the slick texture, I recommend using it as an exfoliating toner instead of patting it in.
