When I first received the product and used it, I felt it was too rich, which seemed to cause some blemishes and small breakouts, so I stopped using it. However, after returning from a trip abroad with sun damage and parched skin, I decided to give it another try. I've been using it for a few days now, and surprisingly, I haven't experienced any new blemishes, so it seems the initial reaction wasn't due to the product itself. This powerful, hydrating formula immediately provides both moisture and nourishment to sun-damaged, uneven skin tone and dehydrated skin. The texture is slightly milky, neither too thin nor too thick, but rather substantial. However, those who dislike sticky products might find it a bit heavy. The product feels so nourishing that you might not need to apply a separate cream afterward. While I'll need to use it longer to determine its effectiveness on dark spots and sudden blemishes, it definitely leaves the skin looking dewy and plump, even smoothing out fine lines caused by sun exposure. Niacinamide, known for its brightening properties, is excellent for evening out the complexion, though it can be drying. This product seems to have struck a smart balance, keeping the skin hydrated. It's likely to be especially useful during the drier seasons of spring, fall, and winter, rather than summer. The dropper doesn't dispense the product properly with one pump, and the formula feels slightly too rich, not fully absorbing into the skin and leaving a bit of residue on the surface. While I'm not sure about its effectiveness in addressing deep dryness, it definitely provides a surface glow. This ampoule is perfect for achieving a radiant, dewy makeup look that appears hydrated and fresh. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJun 5, 2025
As someone with oily skin, here's my take on this product: Texture: It's a typical ampoule consistency - not too runny, but not as thick as a cream. The application feels just right. Scent: Surprisingly unscented! I sniffed hard but couldn't detect any fragrance. This is a plus for those sensitive to scents. Effects: Having used niacinamide products before, I expected brightening results - and I wasn't disappointed. It doesn't whiten per se, but it definitely evens out the complexion. There's a subtle glow, and it feels wonderfully hydrating. My skin texture improved, and it left my face feeling moisturized. Hydration: This is the product's standout feature. It's incredibly hydrating. I usually follow a toner-ampoule-cream routine, but with this, I could skip the cream. It effectively combats deep dryness, which is impressive for an ampoule. Makeup application: Makeup applies beautifully over this, but be careful with the amount. A little goes a long way. It creates a subtle, glowing base that makes your skin look healthier. Just be cautious - too much can cause pilling. Blemishes: Personally, I didn't experience any breakouts or irritation. However, I don't have particularly sensitive skin, so your mileage may vary. Overall: Excellent for hydration and combating deep dryness. It does brighten the complexion as promised. When applied correctly, it creates a great base for makeup. However, it's quite rich, so be mindful of the amount you use. While I didn't notice significant improvement in blemishes or dark spots, it might need more time to show effects. The richness of the product might cause some warmth in the skin, making it particularly suitable for those with dry skin. Lack of freshness: While it makes the skin dewy and hydrated, it's not particularly lightweight. There's a noticeable residue, which might not appeal to those who prefer a more refreshing finish. Redness and acne improvement: I'm skeptical about its effectiveness in this area. The product is quite rich and can increase skin temperature, which isn't ideal for acne-prone skin. As someone with oily, acne-prone skin, I found the warming effect concerning. A cooling element would have been a nice addition. Price: It's not the most budget-friendly option. At 33,000 won for 50ml (regular price 42,000 won), it seems a bit steep. Personally, apart from the brightening effect, I didn't see results that justified the price. I might reconsider if the price were adjusted. I recommend storing this product in the refrigerator! I usually keep my skincare cool, but it was especially satisfying with this ampoule due to its warming effect. A word of caution for those with very oily skin: this might feel heavy and potentially cause breakouts. This isn't necessarily due to the ingredients, but rather the rich texture of the ampoule. If you have oily skin and want to try it, start with a very thin layer. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJun 5, 2025

The Faro Radiance Cream Ampoule impressed me with its ability to add a natural glow to the skin, instantly creating a healthy and bright complexion. I was particularly satisfied with how it elevated my skin's appearance when used before makeup, giving it a more luxurious look. Despite being an ampoule, its slightly thick texture provided long-lasting hydration and moisturization, making it especially suitable for winter or dry skin types. Another advantage was its minimal artificial fragrance and non-irritating ingredients, making it relatively safe for those with sensitive skin. After two weeks of use, I noticed my skin looked more radiant. The product has a slightly oily texture, which might feel a bit heavy for those with oily skin or during summer months. When used during the day, it occasionally caused some shininess. For summer, it seemed better suited for nighttime skincare routines after going out. For best results, I found applying this ampoule after cleansing and toning, followed by a moisturizer, kept my skin hydrated and glowing. Additionally, using it generously as a final step in your nighttime routine, in place of a moisturizer like a sleeping pack, left my skin noticeably clearer and more hydrated in the morning. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJun 4, 2025
As the weather heated up, I needed a lightweight serum, and this product was just perfect! Initially, I was concerned that a "glow cream serum" might be heavy or too shiny, but I was pleasantly surprised. It actually feels hydrating and absorbs quickly, making it ideal for the current season. Personally, I consider product design important, and I was immediately drawn to this one's simple yet quirky aesthetic. I'm satisfied with this serum as it allows me to achieve a natural Inner Glow with just my skincare routine. There weren't many downsides! This was my first time trying a cream-type glow serum, and I was more satisfied than expected. However, I think it might feel a bit rich during the peak of summer. The reviewer appreciates the lightweight texture and quick absorption of the serum, which is suitable for warmer weather. They also highlight the product's design and its ability to provide a natural glow. The only potential drawback mentioned is that it might feel slightly heavy during the hottest part of summer. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJun 4, 2025
<I have combination dehydrated skin prone to blemishes and large pores> -First, a major plus is that there's no sticky feeling right after application (which is separate from how rich it feels). I really dislike products that leave a sticky residue, but this one doesn't do that at all. -I also appreciate that it's fragrance-free. After using some other scented skincare products recently, I've really come to value unscented options. -It absorbs well. The product spreads easily across the skin. Now for the downsides... There are a few significant issues I want to mention. -The texture is quite unusual. Perhaps because it's called a "cream ampoule," it leaves a feeling similar to having applied a cream at the end. While it's not sticky, it does leave behind a rich feeling that I didn't like. This oily sensation persists on your hands until you wash them... Even in the morning after applying it at night, you need to use a cleanser rather than just water due to the lingering richness. -The biggest disappointment was that it caused blemishes! I don't usually get cystic acne, but I did while using this. I wasn't sure if it was because of this product, so I stopped using it for a few days and then tried again. When blemishes appeared in a different area, I decided it was time to say goodbye to this product... Overall, while this product has some positive qualities like its non-sticky texture and fragrance-free formula, the persistent rich feeling and tendency to cause blemishes make it unsuitable for my combination dehydrated, blemish-prone skin. Those with less sensitive skin might have a better experience, but I'd recommend patch testing first if you're considering trying it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJun 4, 2025
- Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinJun 4, 2025
Here's my review after using the product for two weeks! First off, while my skin isn't super sensitive, I tend to get blemishes if I use products that are too rich, especially since I have combination dehydrated skin. That's why I often go for products that can really boost hydration. ✨Texture✨ The consistency of this ampoule is just right - not too runny or sticky. Some ampoules are so thin they drip down your face before you can spread them, but this one has the perfect consistency for easy application. ✨Application/Absorption✨ It glides on smoothly and seems to absorb well! Many glow-boosting ampoules can sit on the skin without really sinking in, but this one truly absorbs, leaving my skin feeling firm and plump. ✨Oil and Moisture Balance✨ While it has a bit of richness typical of glow ampoules, I found the hydration level to be quite good. Since I have combination dehydrated skin, I prefer to layer it over a toner and hydrating serum rather than using it alone. When I use it this way, I don't even need a cream - my skin feels sufficiently moisturized and firm. There's a slight richness left behind, but not enough to cause blemishes or discomfort. This could be perfect for those with oily skin who still want to use a glow-boosting product. ✨Scent✨ There's barely any fragrance. It's not completely unscented, but has a faint pleasant smell that you'd hardly notice unless you're really trying to detect it. ✨Packaging✨ I've always been wary of products with droppers, concerned about air exposure leading to product degradation. However, this one comes in a clear bottle, so you can easily see the product and check how much is left. Plus, the packaging is so pretty it's a joy to have on my vanity. ✨Overall Impression✨ I'm very satisfied with this product overall! It leaves my skin feeling firm and gives me that coveted Inner Glow. I think it would work well for most skin types, as long as you're not extremely oily. For my combination dehydrated skin, it's a bit rich, so I definitely need to layer hydrating products underneath. It's also on the pricier side, so it might be better suited for those with combination or dry skin rather than very oily skin types. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJun 4, 2025
Unlike transparent serums, I was a bit wary of white-colored ones as they often cause deep dryness and excess oiliness. However, this one was different! Unlike other serums, it absorbs well and doesn't cause any pilling when applied before makeup. I have combination dehydrated skin and tend to break out with incompatible products, but this actually helped stabilize my skin. Even in the current June 4th weather, it's comfortable to apply. Though it might feel heavy for morning use in peak summer, I expect it to be particularly useful during winter months! It might feel a bit rich in midsummer, so I'll likely use it well until then. You may experience some deep dryness. Also, I couldn't really notice any glow or brightening effects! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinJun 3, 2025
As someone with combination dehydrated skin that's also oily and prone to redness, here's my review after two weeks of use. I applied this every morning and evening right after my toner, hyaluronic acid, and niacinamide serums, using it in place of a moisturizer. This ampoule is packed with both hydration and rich oils, making it an excellent substitute for a cream! Its lightweight, fluid texture absorbs well and spreads easily. After applying the ampoule and sunscreen, I found that my foundation adhered beautifully to my skin, which felt plump and moisturized. My face tends to be very dry with large pores, so if I don't prep my skin properly, even powder doesn't sit well. On makeup-free days, my skin maintained a perfect oil and moisture balance without any hint of dryness. It does leave a somewhat heavy feeling on the skin after application. Compared to a typical moisturizer, you can definitely feel a layer of richness on your skin. However, it doesn't look greasy on the surface, which worked well for me. This ampoule works hard to keep the complexion hydrated and balanced, making it ideal for those struggling with combination dehydrated skin. Its ability to create an "Inner Glow" while addressing deep dryness is impressive. For those with super sensitive skin, it's worth noting that the product didn't cause any irritation or exacerbate redness in my experience.
