I wanted a product that could tackle deep dryness without being too sticky, especially as the weather's getting warmer. This Glow Cream Ampoule hit the spot perfectly. It's not so light that I need additional products, nor so heavy that it interferes with other skincare steps. The Vael Glow Cream Ampoule is fragrance-free with a creamy, milk-like texture. It deeply hydrates while leaving a non-sticky, fresh finish - perfect for combination dehydrated skin or even slightly oily skin types in hot summer months. Though I've only used it for two weeks, I was amazed by the instant subtle glow and natural complexion enhancement. With consistent use, I think the results could be quite impressive. There's not much to criticize, but if I had to pick something, it might take quite a while to see significant effects. As the weather's heating up, I've been streamlining my skincare routine. Thanks to how well the Vael Glow Ampoule tackles deep dryness, I've stopped using essence. My summer skincare routine for my oily, combination dehydrated skin now looks like this: I use toner pads for a quick mask or layer a hyaluronic toner twice, then apply the Vael Glow Ampoule and let it absorb well. It's also good for combination dehydrated skin! ✓ Soft skin after use About a minute after applying, your skin feels wonderfully soft when you touch it! However, I recommend using it after cleansing in the evening. Especially if you need to apply makeup. Using a small amount is fine, but if you apply too much, it can get quite rich. ✓ Absorption It absorbs quickly when you pat it in. ✓ Texture This product is perfect for when your skin is dry, but you don't want something as heavy as a winter ampoule!!! It's also great when your skin isn't too dry. Just apply your toner generously, then follow up with this ampoule! ✓ Consistency It has a slight viscosity, reminiscent of yogurt you'd eat with a straw. It doesn't run. ✓ Packaging I love that it comes in a glass bottle, making it recyclable and giving it a high-quality look! ✓ Fragrance-free Those sensitive to fragrances need not worry - this product is unscented! Note: The current price is 42,000 won. ✗ Slight slipperiness After applying the ampoule, there's a bit of stickiness when you touch your face and pull away. I recommend only using this ampoule in the evening, as applying it before makeup seems to make skin get oily faster! It might be too light for winter, but it should be fine for spring, summer, and fall. If you're applying it before makeup in the morning, spring or fall would be best. For summer use, avoid applying it to your forehead!
