As someone familiar with products containing spicules, it's hard to describe the level of discomfort. It's not so intense that you can't apply it or wash your face, but there's a refreshing tingling sensation. The product comes with a spatula and absorbs wonderfully. It spreads easily and adheres well to the skin! After washing, I noticed some areas became itchy and red. Since my skin usually tolerates most ingredients well, I assumed it was temporary irritation and swelling. Applying a hydrating mask helped calm it down. However, this spicule-based product might not be suitable for super sensitive skin.

After cleansing, apply a thin layer to your dry face, leave it on for about 10-15 minutes, then gently massage and rinse off with water. The mask itself has a creamy texture with fine herbal particles mixed in. When you apply it, you'll feel a cooling effect and catch a subtle tea tree scent, which is quite refreshing. As time passes, you might feel a slight tightening sensation, but it's not uncomfortably drying. When washing it off, gently roll it around and you'll feel dead skin cells and impurities being softly removed. After rinsing, your skin feels incredibly smooth! It wasn't artificial at all, which made it incredibly soothing and enjoyable! I definitely noticed my complexion looking brighter after using it! I found the exfoliating particles to be surprisingly rough! It might be challenging for those with thin or super sensitive skin to use. The mugwort or herbal complex seemed more potent than expected, causing some irritation and redness on parts of my face. However, it could work well for body exfoliation on areas like elbows and knees! You really need to be careful with the amount you use! The particles are coarser than expected and the formula is quite strong!

You can really feel the natural ingredients in there! * Application Despite its rich consistency, it surprisingly spreads easily on the skin. After use, your skin feels incredibly smooth and soft - it does an excellent job of removing dead skin cells. Not only does it exfoliate, but thanks to the mugwort, it also seems to calm redness and soothe the skin! * Ingredients The ingredient list is completely free of any concerning components. It's truly a product you can feel good about using! * Scent It has a very green, herbal scent - typical of mugwort. Personally, I'm not a fan of this kind of fragrance, and it did bother me while applying. However, this is purely a matter of personal preference, and others might actually love it! * Potential Irritation Due to the larger granules, you need to cleanse thoroughly multiple times to remove it completely. This can lead to some skin sensitivity. If your skin barrier is compromised, you might want to be cautious about using this. That being said, I didn't experience any actual skin issues after use. If you have super sensitive skin, be sure to use just the right amount and gently cleanse with lukewarm water.
