This product truly revives all BB creams and foundations. My skin is combination with an oily T-zone, and this has made a world of difference. It absorbs well without leaving a greasy feeling, and has excellent application. It helps combat dullness and genuinely acts as a booster. While it strengthens the base, I'm really seeing the benefits of its boosting effect. There are rumors it's been discontinued, but I hope Missha brings it back. I've repurchased and am currently using it - I'm very satisfied. Building a solid skincare base is definitely a top beauty tip. I'd recommend letting the booster absorb fully before applying your BB cream or foundation for the best results. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 30, 2019
I've used over 10 bottles of this product. I've been using it since high school because it suits my skin so well. It used to come in a squeeze bottle, but now it's in a pump format which is even more convenient. When I apply this before makeup, it doesn't cause pilling and gives a subtle glow that makes my skin look beautiful. The quantity is small! So I recommend buying it when it's on sale. I've never had any blemishes from it, so when there's a buy-one-get-one-free offer, I stock up. When my skin is very dry, I mix it with a bit of hydrating moisturizer. After gently massaging it in and patting until it feels absorbed, I apply BB cream, and my skin gets a beautiful glow. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinApr 26, 2019
It's pretty decent for the price. I'm using it regularly and quite satisfied. I'm not sure if it's just me, but compared to when I first started using it, I feel like the subtle pearl-like sheen isn't as noticeable anymore, which is a bit disappointing. - ma*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 22, 2018
I've been using this product consistently for nearly 5 years. While I've frequently changed my foundation, I always mix it with this. Initially, I started using it to lighten my foundation that was a shade darker than my skin. I keep using it because it seems to give a natural glow when applied to the skin. Despite having sensitive skin, I've never experienced any blemishes from this product. It doesn't provide an intense glow, but it's a solid, reliable choice. I recommend purchasing it when it's on sale. The packaging is slightly disappointing. Unlike transparent foundation bottles, you can't see how much product is left, which is a bit frustrating. When I tried applying it separately as a base on my face, it seemed to pill. However, when mixed with foundation, it absorbs naturally and smoothly. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJul 4, 2018
This works great as a substitute for highlighter. When I apply this and then use a cushion foundation, everything pills and separates. Even the supposedly long-lasting formula just pills off. It might vary from person to person though. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 3, 2018
The subtle shimmering pink pearls don't stand out when applied over foundation. I use this on days when I want a natural, non-artificial pearl glow. I've been using this on and off for a very long time, but I've never grown attached to it. It doesn't have any particularly bad or good points - I just use it depending on my mood that day. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 21, 2018
It evens out the skin tone and adds a subtle glow. While it might not be as dramatic as expected, it's a great base product with a nice texture. I can't find a compelling reason to use this product specifically. The effects aren't particularly dramatic or noticeable. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinNov 3, 2017
★A product I've used for over 2 years★ 1. Blends well with BB cream from the same brand. As someone with a summer cool complexion that really doesn't suit yellow undertones, I've consistently used this mixed with Choboyang BB cream. Combining them in a 6:4 ratio allows for brightening and hydration, which is why I've repeatedly repurchased this product. Oh, and when mixed with Choboyang, it seemed to reduce darkening for me. Even when touching up, using this instead of a cushion can bring back some liveliness, counteracting any darkening. 2. Versatile skin tone + consistency This product works well for dry, normal, and oily skin types. On days when I didn't want heavy makeup, I often just applied this over sunscreen. It's thicker than Peripera's milk-like base but thinner than Innisfree's color bases. 3. Subtle glow With its pink pearl, this base is perfect for cool-toned individuals like myself. I wouldn't recommend it for warm tones, but for cool tones, it's great. It adds vitality with a natural glow, making your skin look healthy. Keep in mind that while it brightens the skin tone, it doesn't provide coverage. Reviews for this product often warn oily skin types to avoid it, likely because the pearls can emphasize pores rather than causing shine. I wouldn't recommend it for acne-prone skin or those with large pores. I found it great for mixing with BB cream or darker foundations to lighten the shade by about half a tone. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAug 30, 2017
No blemishes, so it passes the first test! When I apply this under my foundation after my BB boomer, the staying power is definitely impressive. Plus, it's affordable. It falls a bit short when it comes to giving that coveted glow. The scent is also somewhat strong. I apply in this order: sunscreen, BB boomer, then foundation. - ka***Combination SkinAcne SkinAug 8, 2017
It's affordable and great as a base makeup! It seems to leave a slight oily sheen on the skin. It's best to buy when Missha has a 50% off sale.
