I am a woman in my mid-twenties who has been dealing with severe stress due to acne since high school. I've tried most of the things that are said to be good for acne, including products that are famous overseas or recommended by acquaintances, but the effects were always minimal. I tried this soap just for the heck of it, and first of all, my whiteheads disappeared, and the acne around my period that used to be really severe is now completely gone! And the area around my cheeks, which used to be really bad, has improved a lot too! However, since this is a product that is directly applied to the skin, it can be quite irritating, so I use it by rubbing it on my skin at night and just lathering it up in the morning. One good thing about using this is that I don't need to exfoliate separately.

Pros
After washing with soap and cleansing, my skin doesn't feel too tight, which I like! When rubbing it upwards around the nose area, it feels like the blackheads are disappearing? The fragrance is also nice. It seems worth the price. Aside from the price and ingredients, I'm satisfied.
Cons
The price is outrageous... I thought the fragrance was nice, but looking here, there are a lot of potentially irritating ingredients ㅠ Allergies... I never even considered it, but sensitive people should be careful.

Pros
I've had severe acne since elementary school, so I've tried herbal medicine and laser treatments, but this was the most effective. When the seaweed granules directly touched my skin, it irritated the acne, so I lathered the soap in a mesh sponge and washed my face thoroughly with my hands. I rolled the soap between my fingers like using it directly, and my skin felt really clean. There's no squeaky-clean feeling when just using the lather, and even though my skin is dry, it doesn't feel overly tight. But I can feel the oil and grease disappearing. If I get really dirty from outdoor activities like camping and want a deeper cleanse, I used the soap directly, and in those situations, the granules' irritation didn't bother me because I was so satisfied. I repurchased this about three times and have been using it intermittently for over a year and a half, and in the end, my acne has completely disappeared. My skin has turned into the kind where I only get the occasional breakout when I wear a lot of makeup or drink alcohol.
Cons
The soap dissolves quickly... It feels more like it's melting in the bathroom moisture than being used. Store it in a dry place!! And I repurchased this line three times over a year. This seems to be a characteristic of this product and line, but it gets used up really fast.
Tip
I've been repurchasing and using the seaweed soap, Pure Perfect Skin, Pure Perfect Essence, and the famous Biotherm Aquasource blue moisturizing gel (I'm not sure of the exact product name) together for over a year, with occasional breaks to use other products in between. When I used this whole line, my acne disappeared. These companies wouldn't have set up research labs and made these products just to scam people... When using a basic skincare line, especially when expecting functional or effective results, it's best to use the whole line together. I think the Pure Perfect line products are complementary, which is why the acne went away. If you're struggling with acne and reading this review, I personally recommend trying the Pure Perfect Skin as well.

This soap is great for blackheads. If you rub it gently on your nose, you can visibly see the blackheads disappearing.
Cons
The moment it gets in your eyes, it's like death. It's really, really painful, ugh.
Tip
Rubbing it directly on your face can be too irritating. But if you do it while showering, when the steam has softened the soap and your pores are open, gently massaging the soap around your nose area works well.

Seaweed soap is really great to use in the summer like this It really helps get rid of sebum.

The bumpy texture in the soap was a bit irritating, and I didn't really feel like it improved my blackheads.

It definitely has the effect of removing sebum. If you continue to use it, the surface of your skin will become smoother and you won't get any more pimples.
Cons
