Pros
The fragrance is pleasant. Using it for exfoliation about once a week seems beneficial. Beyond that, I'm not sure what other good points it has.
Cons
It feels like it completely sucks out all the moisture. The irritation is also too severe, and even though I didn't have sensitive skin before, I've developed sensitivity...As a result, I'm currently in the midst of a breakout party.. I think I used it for about a month. The irritation is just too severe, so I really can't recommend using it on the face.

Pros
After learning about Hwahae, I stopped using certain products... I bought it because I heard it was good for acne, and I liked the squeaky clean feeling after washing.
Cons
After checking the ingredients, I realized why it didn't help my acne. As someone who doesn't like the slippery feeling after washing, the squeaky clean was nice, but it was very drying and stung a lot when used after popping pimples. It felt like the granules were adding more irritation.

Pros
After using this, I felt that my blackheads have significantly reduced! I only use it on my nose area and don't apply it all over my face.
Cons
While I didn't get any breakouts, when I used it all over my face, it would sometimes feel burning and turn red.
Tip
I think it's best to use it with a pore brush and just on the nose area, lathering it up.

I usually only use Biotherm products, but my face feels so clean and refreshed after using them!
Cons
I used it on my acne spots and it was really painful ㅠ After washing, the acne would get worse and even bleed sometimes..

Pros
My cheeks were full of stress-induced acne. I've tried everything that's supposed to be good for acne, but it just wouldn't go away. Then I saw this product on Hwahae Trial Reviewer and gave it a try. Of course, there wasn't an immediate reaction, but after using it consistently, like going through one whole bar of soap, the effects started to show. ㅇㅅㅇ Since then, this has been the only thing I've been using, and I've been using it for 2 years now.
Cons
Since it's a bar soap, it can get cracked if not properly taken care of. At first, I just threw it away because it looked gross. But now I just use it as is. I also tried the foaming cleanser version, but it wasn't as good as the bar soap. ㅠ If it gets cracked, I just have to use it in its cracked state. Also, it's not effective for closed comedones (small bumps)~ I've managed to get rid of the big ones, but the small ones are still there, so I'm thinking of trying a different product line.
Tip
Skincare products are meant to be used, so don't be stingy with them. Due to the nature of bar soaps, you tend to touch them directly with your hands while using them. It's a good idea to give your face an extra rinse with water after cleansing, just to give yourself that refreshed feeling.

Although it gets nicely lathered and cleaned, it tends to dry out afterwards...
Cons
However, the ingredients are not that great, and when I used it without knowing, the store staff told me to apply it directly on my face. After doing so, I ended up with skin irritation and wounds. I then realized that using it like a regular soap still leaves my face dry and not very helpful for my clogged pores, even though I used it for over a year. The natural soap is less drying and better overall, though the price-to-value ratio is not that great.

You should use it diluted in water.

It seems to be able to exfoliate as well, and the cleansing power is quite good. It is effective for back acne, body acne, and facial acne. When used with the entire line, the effects are amazing.
Cons
