The black shade is currently my favorite among all BB creams. It's perfect in every way - great coverage, long-lasting, and suits me well overall. It's not widely available, and they don't often have sales. I wish they would offer more price promotions. - dl********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsJan 11, 2019
It adheres to the skin naturally and comfortably. My skin felt less dry than usual. It tends to darken the skin a bit, and might not be suitable for oily skin types. I noticed that as time passed, my skin became increasingly oily. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 24, 2018
I have combination skin with some blemishes and marks on my cheeks, and I'm blessed with an abundance of pores. Despite these skin concerns, the coverage is so good that people often ask what product I'm using. Usually, products with such great coverage tend to be matte, but this one absorbs well too (assuming you've done a good skincare routine beforehand). The truly, truly disappointing aspect is the color... There isn't much variety, and it has that typical BB cream shade. And the price point is quite burdensome. Don't throw it away thinking it's empty when it doesn't come out while pumping! There's still a lot left inside! You don't need to apply much - even a thin layer provides good coverage. I recommend using small amounts at a time. - gh*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinFeb 4, 2018
The BB cream I used as a teenager... I loved how princess-like the design was! The price is perfect for teens, and I highly recommend it to students! Like all BB creams, it starts to turn grayish as time passes. - go********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinNov 12, 2017
It applies beautifully, provides excellent coverage, and hasn't caused any blemishes, which is why I've been using it for years. It tends to get quite greasy in the summer and can cause noticeable darkening of the skin. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 6, 2017
As someone who loves that dewy, glass skin look, I absolutely recommend this product! It's truly amazing for achieving that coveted Inner Glow. It's really difficult to purchase now. I'm not even sure if there are any retailers still selling it. If anyone knows where I can buy this, please let me know! I'm desperate to get my hands on it again. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJul 6, 2017
I consistently repurchase and use this product. It really captures the convenience of BB cream. While the coverage isn't quite concealer-level, it does a good job of hiding imperfections even when used alone. It controls oil well, even in summer. The adherence is great, and it's a product you can rely on for those rushed days when you only have time for BB cream. The price is reasonable, and with regular sales, it's been my go-to basic item from my early to mid-20s until now. It's easy to carry in its tube packaging, and you can use every last bit, which is great. There's a slight tendency for it to turn a bit grayish, though it doesn't happen every time or with excessive application. When applied with a puff, it can look patchy or show texture, so you always need to blend it out with your hands for a final touch, which is a bit inconvenient. When touching up outside, it's sometimes better to use a puff for a quick fix, especially when it's difficult to wash your hands. Even if you clean your hands with a wet wipe, there's still some residue left, which is a bit disappointing. I found that applying thin layers multiple times works much better for adherence, especially on oily areas or parts where you want more coverage. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 25, 2017
The coverage is top-notch, which is why I'm on my second bottle. However, I'm quite disappointed after checking the ingredients on Hwahae. I probably won't repurchase it next time. I have dry skin, and this product works well for me without causing any blemishes. You need to be careful with the amount though - if you don't control it well, it can go on a bit thick. It's better to apply a small amount and then layer if needed. I just wish the ingredients were a bit more skin-friendly. Instead of using your hands, it's much better to apply it by gently patting with a damp foundation sponge. This method keeps it more hydrating and prevents it from caking up. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinMay 4, 2017
As someone with acne-prone combination skin, I've always been extremely cautious about choosing BB creams. This product, however, has been my go-to for about 5 years now. Compared to other brands, it's less rich and provides decent coverage. I recently tried a high-end foundation from another brand, but it caused blemishes, so I'm back to using this one. The shade is slightly dark. It applies thicker than foundation and can be a bit drying, so you need to ensure good hydration. Other than that, I don't have any complaints. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 10, 2017
A friend of mine has been using this consistently for almost five years, so I bought it on her recommendation! I've been using it for 2-3 years now, and I keep repurchasing it after trying it once. First off, the coverage is really amazing. I hadn't found a BB cream that suited me well, but this one really works for me. I was shocked when I saw on the Hwahae app that it contains some potentially harmful ingredients. I have sensitive skin prone to blemishes, but this product really agrees with me. I haven't experienced any skin issues because of it. If you have a solid skincare routine, you'll get that honey-like glow! Everything else is good, but the color... It's such a shame there's only one shade available. I wish it came in shade 21, but it seems to be closer to 23 - a bit dark. There's a slight darkening effect, but it's not worse than other BB creams. If you have oily skin, you might need to touch up later as some oil comes through. It also feels a bit thick when applying. And the price... it's quite expensive, but I keep using it because it works well for me. Personally, I prefer using my hands over a puff as I feel it adheres better to the skin. However, I noticed it tends to apply thicker when using hands. Recently, I tried using a damp beauty blender, and it was absolutely fantastic!
