The cleansing effectiveness is impressive, leaving skin squeaky clean with just one wash. It lathers well and has minimal fragrance, making it ideal for those of us with oily skin. It doesn't seem to tackle whiteheads effectively, and those without oily skin might find it too drying. The price is a bit steep, and unfortunately, it's been discontinued. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinApr 18, 2020
1. The ingredients are gentle on the skin. 2. It has excellent cleansing effectiveness (leaves you feeling refreshed after washing). 3. The texture is slightly creamy and produces a lot of foam. The price is not particularly cheap for a cleansing foam. It's not a bad choice when purchased during a sale. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 18, 2019
When I suddenly started getting blemishes in my late 20s, I had been using the same brand's cleansing gel for over a year. Wanting a product with better cleansing effectiveness, I decided to try this cleansing foam from the same line. The ingredients are great for deep cleansing, and it's excellent at controlling oil, especially on days when I wear heavy makeup or when it's hot and I want to deep cleanse because of excess sebum. It leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean. A little goes a long way with its rich lather, so it seems like it will last a while. While it's okay to use occasionally in summer, I noticed that using it in fall and winter made my skin extremely dry, causing dead skin cells to build up. I wouldn't recommend it for those with dry skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 12, 2018
Lathers well. Easy to find. Seems to provide a deep cleanse. It's pricey, so the value isn't great, but it does lather well with just a small amount... You can find it cheaper online... The ingredients are good, but salicylic acid doesn't agree with my skin... For combination dehydrated or sensitive skin, try a hydrating foam cleanser instead of this one. There are cheaper and gentler foam cleansers available. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 7, 2018
I'm using this on Jining's recommendation! The cleansing effectiveness is great, and it produces a lot of foam. I'll definitely use it again! I'm not sure if it causes blemishes. It definitely feels like a deep cleanse, so it seems to remove makeup thoroughly. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAug 17, 2018
I was thrilled to snag this at a great discount from the online shop! The foam lathers up just right - not too much, not too little. It didn't dramatically improve my skin, but it wasn't bad either. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJun 30, 2018
The cleansing effectiveness is so strong it removes all sebum, but that's probably not good for the skin at all. I just can't use it. My skin feels tight... The foam is soft though, and the packaging is clean and pretty (not that it matters). The cleansing power is way too strong... It has that distinctive Vichy scent, which I personally like, but it might be hit or miss for others. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 27, 2017
This is a total life-changing product for me. After completely switching to it, my pores and reddish tones have significantly improved. The blackheads and small sebum on my nose bridge have also become cleaner. A small amount lathers up well and there's no tightness! By the way, I used Shu Uemura cleansing oil in the previous step. The price is too expensive? For a cleanser...... - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 19, 2017
1. I had forgotten about the cleansing foam I had purchased and used it up, but when I switched to a different product, I didn't feel any discomfort or irritation in my skin as if it was undergoing a transition. I'm so touched! 2. The foam is fluffy and bouncy, yet it cleanses gently and smoothly! I also really like the slightly squeaky clean feeling! 3. Knowing that it can cleanse even fine dust particles gives me a sense of psychological comfort and satisfaction. 4. There was minimal tightness or dryness after cleansing. 1. It's a bit expensive...haha...I'll think about repurchasing it. 2. I'm not sure about the updated packaging, but the one I used had a non-protruding opening, which was slightly inconvenient! If you do a primary cleansing with an oil or water-based cleanser and then use this as a final step, it will effectively remove any remaining makeup residue and impurities from your skin. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinJul 21, 2017
It lathers up well even with just a little bit. It cleans thoroughly and smoothly. It's gentle and not irritating to my skin. When I had a lot of pimples on my face, this cleansing foam that I switched to was like a savior to me. I intend to repurchase it. After cleansing thoroughly, my face feels a bit tight. But it's fine if I immediately apply a mist or put on my skin care afterwards. It's not exactly a tip, but as everyone knows, if you wet your face with lukewarm water first to open up the pores, then work up a lather with the cleansing foam and cleanse, and gently massage the nose area for about a minute, the residue around the nose area will feel thoroughly cleaned. Lately, I've been cleansing this way and I'm not doing separate blackhead management.
