When I suddenly started getting blemishes in my late 20s, I had been using the same brand's cleansing gel for over a year. Wanting a product with better cleansing effectiveness, I decided to try this cleansing foam from the same line. The ingredients are great for deep cleansing, and it's excellent at controlling oil, especially on days when I wear heavy makeup or when it's hot and I want to deep cleanse because of excess sebum. It leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean. A little goes a long way with its rich lather, so it seems like it will last a while. While it's okay to use occasionally in summer, I noticed that using it in fall and winter made my skin extremely dry, causing dead skin cells to build up. I wouldn't recommend it for those with dry skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 23, 2018
It gives a thorough cleansing sensation and rinses off easily with water, making it convenient to use Sometimes after washing, possibly due to its strong cleansing effectiveness, my skin feels tight and dry - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJul 2, 2018
It's great for oily skin and provides a deep cleanse. I feel like it thoroughly removes even stubborn makeup residue. There's some tightness after use. It's fine for my oily skin, but I wouldn't recommend it for those with dry skin. Pro tip: Apply toner immediately while your skin is still damp. That's the secret! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 11, 2018
I'm already on my second bottle. With other cleansers, I always felt like I had to wash twice because they didn't clean thoroughly, which left my face feeling tight and prone to acne and blemishes. But with this, I feel refreshed after every wash. My skin is dry in winter and extremely oily in summer. While it seemed to control oil well in summer, I did experience some deep dryness in winter. Using this with a cleansing oil is truly a dream combination! - Hwahae UserOily SkinApr 10, 2018
It's excellent at removing excess oil, making it great for oily skin types. However, after cleansing, my skin feels a bit tight, so I'd recommend following up immediately with a toner and emulsion. I have a feeling this might not be the best choice for those with dry skin. For combination dehydrated skin, you might want to layer on extra hydration after using this cleanser to maintain your skin's oil and moisture balance. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 15, 2018
The cleansing effectiveness is so good that you don't need a separate makeup remover. Just using it twice is enough to remove all your makeup! Plus, the amount you get for the price is great. As someone with dry skin, I don't use it daily, but occasionally it can feel a bit drying. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 6, 2018
While there weren't any major standout features, the cleansing effectiveness was decent. The ingredients weren't bad either, so I used it for a long time. Despite having sensitive skin, I didn't experience many blemishes or small bumps. It seems more suitable for oily skin types. After use, there's a bit of deep dryness. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 9, 2017
It has a clean feel to it. It's refreshing and cool. I like it. It seems to have a bit of irritation. My skin feels a bit taut. Oh well.. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 12, 2017
This cleanser can be easily repurchased at a drugstore!! +It has powerful cleansing power like Pongpong✨ It's so bad... It really ruined my skin Ah, it was when I was 20 years old, in the winter. I've been using it every day for over 3 years since I saw the claim that it's good for blackhead management and exfoliation, and the ingredients are gentle. It was okay at first. In the 1st year (twice a day cleansing), my face started to feel tight. It didn't help with the acne I was struggling with at the time either. I decided there was an issue with my skincare routine and repurchased it. By the 2nd year, everywhere except my T-zone became dry. I reduced usage to once a day (morning water cleansing) but it didn't improve. The flaky dead skin was as bad as Buzzcut. 3rd year!! My face was always dry no matter what I put on it. Physiogel Regular+Intensive, jojoba oil+aloe gel, argan oil - nothing worked. It's hopeless. When I switched to a mildly acidic different cleanser, not only the texture but also the absorption of my skincare products improved significantly. +) Throughout the 3.5 years of using this, I constantly needed a separate exfoliating scrub and blackhead management. The cleansing itself is just average. The makeup remover is still there, but my face is already feeling tight and just 'meh' I bought it again, believing it would be fine as I used it. My skin gradually got worse. I used this product for at least 1400 washes, but I stopped using the last bottle⭐️ This product seems to have a lot of individual differences. (If it works well for you, that's great) But I hope no one stubbornly uses it like I did!! Especially be mindful of the moisture around the eyes. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinJul 21, 2017
It lathers up well even with just a little bit. It cleans thoroughly and smoothly. It's gentle and not irritating to my skin. When I had a lot of pimples on my face, this cleansing foam that I switched to was like a savior to me. I intend to repurchase it. After cleansing thoroughly, my face feels a bit tight. But it's fine if I immediately apply a mist or put on my skin care afterwards. It's not exactly a tip, but as everyone knows, if you wet your face with lukewarm water first to open up the pores, then work up a lather with the cleansing foam and cleanse, and gently massage the nose area for about a minute, the residue around the nose area will feel thoroughly cleaned. Lately, I've been cleansing this way and I'm not doing separate blackhead management.
