I liked that it was a liquid type essence rather than a gel type. While it didn't dramatically whiten my skin, I did receive quite a few comments that my skin looked brighter after using this. I apply the Zz Skin AHA Essence and it tingles a bit. It's on the runny side, so it's easy to apply, but I use two products and the next day, my mother always says, "Your skin has been getting whiter these days." My skin feels brighter. I used to get acne breakouts often, but since using this product, I hardly get any anymore. The texture is a bit too thin, so it doesn't spread well and I end up using a lot of product. I wish the consistency was a bit thicker. When using the Aha product, I feel like my skin is getting whiter. It flows down too quickly, similar to water, making it difficult to apply.

I'm not sure if it's because of this product or because I applied a lot of sunscreen on the day I heard those comments. Of course, I've been continuously applying sunscreen. This is both a pro and a con - this essence is not sticky like you might expect, but rather a liquid. So in the summer, when I spray this on, since I have oily skin, there's no stickiness and it works quite well. Except for dry weather, you can use this all the time. The amount is small, so that's why I gave it a lower rating. And I don't recommend it for dry skin. It's not extremely sticky, but in the dry winter, I'd recommend using something else instead of this. So this winter, I'm looking for something else to use, of course, with the goal of whitening my face in mind, I'll still use this and apply lotion as well. I use 3 pumps to cover my whole face. I have a small face. I apply it to one cheek and blend, then the other cheek and blend, and then split the amount between my forehead and chin and blend. It was very affordable and had a great soothing effect on my skin. It was also easy to use the right amount by squeezing it onto cotton pads. It was non-irritating. I'm not sure if I used too much, but the volume seemed a bit lacking and I'm not sure about the whitening effects. But I did feel like my skin became brighter.
