In a word, it's moisturizing yet lightweight! It seems like a perfect match for those with dry skin and good skin. I've been using this product for over 6 years now~ I'm completely satisfied with how it keeps my skin moisturized and gives me a natural-looking makeup finish without any creasing or caking. The only downside is that the coverage isn't very strong.

It covers the skin in a moist and natural way, which is perfect for dry skin. The 21st shade is not too bright and looks very natural. It's the exact color I was looking for that suits East Asian skin tones. (I don't prefer overly pink makeup)
