Pros
I was a cushion nomad, but this is the one I'm most satisfied with, so I've been repurchasing and using it consistently. It's hard to generalize since everyone's skin responds differently to cushions, but it seems to work well for dry skin. It's really moisturizing. The Hera cushion was #1, but I felt like my face had a grayish tone, so I tried switching it up, and I'm satisfied because my skin tone looks brighter and more radiant.
Cons
The downside would be the coverage, I suppose. But after trying out various cushions, I've found that the ones that are moisturizing don't provide great coverage, and the ones with good coverage tend to be drying and accentuate fine lines. There doesn't seem to be a cushion that satisfies both requirements. Anyway, when I need more coverage, I just use a concealer and foundation, and I use the cushion for light makeup or touch-ups. As a dry-skinned person, the moisturizing aspect is more important to me than the coverage, so I just go with it. And the feeling that the cushion wears down quickly is probably just a perception.

Although it's a matte formula, there's no dullness and the adhesion is excellent! Even after correcting my makeup, it stays moisturized. I like that it applies thinly. It seems there's no darkening. As time passes, it gets absorbed completely, making my skin look even better.
Cons
