As this was my first time using a cleansing toner, I can't really compare it to others. But I don't have sensitive skin, and I didn't experience any breakouts on my face. After using it, my face felt refreshed and there was no irritation. Considering the amount, the price is also reasonable, so it seems like a decent product for me to use.
Cons
The disappointing part was that it seemed to be for combination/oily skin types, but since I have a dry skin type, I felt it left my skin a bit dry. Even though you do deep cleansing, there are still remnants of makeup left, so you should use cotton pads soaked in the product to wipe away the residue and to help refine the skin texture. It is not irritating to the skin, so I have been using it so far. However, after checking the Hwahae app, I noticed there are a few concerning ingredients... But since I haven't had any trouble with it, I'll pass! However, for those with dry skin, the ethanol content may further dry out the skin, so it's best to apply a moisturizer afterwards. On the other hand, it's quite useful when finishing up by squeezing out blemishes and disinfecting the skin.
Cons
It's fine for wiping away residue and refining the skin texture (toner use), but it's not enough for moisturizing purposes.

I'm not sure how many bottles I've used so far. At first, I was a bit skeptical because the price was so low, and I bought it just to use as a cleansing toner.
