Considering the price, the cost-effectiveness seems really good! The original price is already affordable, but it becomes even more affordable during sales. Pros
As this was my first time using a cleansing toner, I can't really compare it to others. But I don't have sensitive skin, and I didn't experience any breakouts on my face. After using it, my face felt refreshed and there was no irritation. Considering the amount, the price is also reasonable, so it seems like a decent product for me to use.
Cons
The disappointing part was that it seemed to be for combination/oily skin types, but since I have a dry skin type, I felt it left my skin a bit dry. I use it to wipe off the toner as the final step in cleansing. It doesn't cause any trouble and works great. The best part is definitely the price! It's the best for just wiping off water-based skin toners. I bought the Apieu one for around 4,000 won and have no complaints.
Cons
Not really any downsides yet. Since it's a multi-purpose product, it may feel a bit drying for those with dry skin..that's about it?
Tip
I put it in a spray bottle and use it like a mist. I also spritz it onto my makeup sponge to use it damp.

Pros
Even though you do deep cleansing, there are still remnants of makeup left, so you should use cotton pads soaked in the product to wipe away the residue and to help refine the skin texture. It is not irritating to the skin, so I have been using it so far. However, after checking the Hwahae app, I noticed there are a few concerning ingredients... But since I haven't had any trouble with it, I'll pass! However, for those with dry skin, the ethanol content may further dry out the skin, so it's best to apply a moisturizer afterwards. On the other hand, it's quite useful when finishing up by squeezing out blemishes and disinfecting the skin.
Cons
It's fine for wiping away residue and refining the skin texture (toner use), but it's not enough for moisturizing purposes.

Personally, I really liked it because it was so complex haha. While using this, I didn't feel any stinging sensation at all, and even when I had acne, after applying this, it would subside in a few days, which was amazing ♥♥ The price is really affordable too, and I'm not sure if it's okay for something this good to exist.
Cons
The only downside is that I think I prefer the spray format.. haha

The volume is huge, so it's great to pour it into a mist bottle and use it as a mist as well!!

I bought the product when Apieu was having a 50% sale, and the volume was generous. The fragrance is nice, and I haven't had any particular troubles, so it seems like a decent product.
