Pros
I found that other moisturizers (from other brands or Kiehl's) had a lot of moisture when I first applied them, but the moisture would evaporate and leave my skin feeling dry. I have been using my second bottle of oil-free products as I have acne-prone skin. The products seem to provide good hydration to my skin compared to other products I've used, as they are less irritating.

Pros
Other moisturizers were too oily for my acne-prone skin, but this oil-free product was lightweight and easy to apply. I bought the large size and the amount is surprisingly generous. It applies lightly and absorbs quickly without any stickiness! Storing it in the refrigerator and applying it chilled provides a nice cooling effect, and my skin feels so smooth and supple when I wake up in the morning. It's a great product.
Cons
I didn't experience any new breakouts while using this, but my existing blemishes didn't clear up either. Also, it doesn't come with a spatula, so you have to scoop it out with your fingers, which can feel a bit unsanitary. It feels refreshing and nice when I apply it. Now I apply it occasionally in the summer for the cooling sensation!
Cons
When I apply it and rub it a little, it all just wipes off. I thought it might be because of the dead skin, so I exfoliated and reapplied, but it still wipes off. If I just pat it on with my hands, it doesn't wipe off as much. And after a while, it also feels drying. :(
