Cons
I used to only use basic cosmetic products from other department store brands for a long time, and my skin was smooth without any bumps. But as soon as I started using this product, my skin seriously went haywire ㅎㅎ It's not just a couple of pimples, I immediately threw it in the trash and am going to the dermatologist... If I stop using it and go back to what I was using before, I think my skin will recover, but I have a blind date coming up in a day or two. Do not use this product at all. Pros
I used it for about 3 years. It was a lifesaver for me at one point, as I would religiously buy and use it whenever a large size was available. The Kiehl's cream has a full, moisturizing feel with just the right amount of oil. So not only does it not dry out easily after application, but it also feels refreshing and cooling.
Cons
After using it for a long time, one day my face started to sting when I applied it. Even after taking a break for a week or a month, my face would still get irritated and turn red the moment I put it on. I seem to have developed some kind of sensitivity or allergic reaction. I would not recommend this to those with sensitive skin or for long-term, continuous use.

The moisturizing was good, and the cooling sensation also seemed nice.
Cons
After using this, my skin became extremely irritated, like the commonly referred to 'angry skin'. I used it together with Neuskin, but both didn't work for me, and it took over half a year to recover my skin. If it doesn't suit you, it really doesn't seem to work.

This seems perfect for summer use! I don't really like applying it at night, but it seems like a good cream to use when my skin is oily in the summer.

It's just average, so I'm looking to try a different product now. I bought a lightweight, oil-free one for the summer, but at first it stung a bit, and I considered giving it to someone else. However, after using it for about three days, it became fine, and I even experienced the strange phenomenon of my usual cream becoming irritating. Anyway, this one was a bit drying, so I had to apply a small amount of a richer cream on the dry areas of my cheeks. The oil is gripped and the moisture is filled! Fresh! Refreshing!
Cons
Do not buy sensitive redness skin Whatever they put in it, it makes you irritated and hot Irritating feeling. Causes facial flushing. Kiehl's prices are really haha just laughable Extremely high prices compared to the quality <Kiehl's>

Pros
It's refreshing and moisturizing. In the summer, apply it lightly and then add a more moisturizing cream on top if it gets dry. Most of all, I love how lightweight and gel-like it feels.
Cons
Sometimes it can feel a bit irritating, and the cooling effect doesn't work for some people. I have extremely sensitive skin where even hair touching it can cause pimples, and surprisingly, the notoriously sensitive Kiehl's worked well for me. It really depends, so be sure to test it out before using it.
Tip
Apply it in two layers and let it absorb in between for best results.

It applies easily and after about 10 seconds, my face starts to feel warm. After a bit more time, it even gets a bit hot and I don't think it suits me... The initial application feels nice, though.

When used in practice, it seems to focus more on the cooling function rather than being oil-free.
Cons
Although it is refreshing and provides a cooling sensation, there is a feeling when the alcohol evaporates. After using it for 2 weeks, I developed small bumps and hives on my face, and when I checked the ingredients on Hwahae, there was alcohol content.... I tend to have a lot of skin troubles, but this product feels clean and refreshing, and it seems to absorb well without causing any issues. I've used it when my skin was in really bad condition, and it didn't make it worse.
Cons
For the first few uses, it stung continuously, so I was unsure about continuing to use it. The fact that it didn't cause any breakouts despite the stinging was surprising and made me want to keep using it, but the stinging sensation bothered me, and I ultimately decided not to repurchase after finishing the product.
