  I tested it at the department store before buying! It had a soothing effect when I used it there.

  Cons

  I tried it at the department store and liked it, so I opened the full-size product as soon as I got home. However, it made my skin a bit itchy. The next morning, my face was red and blotchy. I thought I might have eaten something wrong, but it persisted. When I stopped using this product, the redness and itching disappeared, so I got a refund. Those with super sensitive skin, please take note! I use other Kiehl's creams and cleansers without issues, but this one just didn't work for me!
