  Pros

  It's not irritating and feels light even when layered multiple times, making it comfortable and refreshing to use. However, I repurchased this product thinking of the one I bought a few years ago, and it doesn't seem to have the same level of hydration as before.

  Cons

  The packaging was so poorly done that the cosmetic container arrived all dented... When I contacted Hwahae, they told me to reach out to Scinic directly, which was a hassle... But after filing a complaint, I promptly received a normal product. The shipping packaging seems to need some improvement. The product container also tends to spill quite a bit each time I use it, so I've transferred it to a spray bottle for convenience.

  Tip

  Since the cosmetic container is large and tends to spill when used, it's more convenient to transfer it to a spray bottle or another smaller container!

  I loved how it left my skin moisturized and smooth. It clings to your hands, creating a soft texture on the skin. It's truly... the best!

  Cons

  The liquid formula tends to run, which is a bit disappointing. However, you can apply multiple layers, so it's both a drawback and an advantage. Other aspects are generally fine.

  When you apply it several times with your hands, it feels like it's building up layer by layer. It builds from deep within the skin.

  Why on earth haven't you tried this yet? I've used everything from popular first essences by S, M, and I brands in road shops to high-end department store products, but nothing beats this in terms of value for money and effectiveness!!! When I first started using first essences, I began with I brand, tried various others, and finally settled on this gem!! Let me tell you about my skin - it's the worst kind, prone to blemishes, redness, and sensitive pores. Any change in lifestyle or environment immediately triggers breakouts. I got into first essences because they're supposed to brighten dull skin. At first, I wasn't sure if it was working, but with consistent use, it's become an absolute must-have! The difference is clear in everything from dead skin cells to makeup application, depending on whether I use it or not. Without it, I get flaky skin and patchy makeup, but with it? Hello, egg-smooth skin perfection!! I travel often, so I always decant some into a travel bottle. Use it right after cleansing, and this little wonder takes care of everything from exfoliating to evening out your complexion! If you're struggling with blemishes, scars, pores, or excess dead skin cells, make this a staple in your routine!!

  There's no downside to the quality, but the glass bottle makes it inconvenient for travel or on-the-go use. It's also a mess to decant into travel bottles - it spills everywhere. Please make a travel-size version or a smaller 15ml option!

  Affordable price even for frequent use. Non-irritating feel. Doesn't cause blemishes even on acne-prone skin. I've been using this toner for about 5 years and still haven't felt the need to switch to something else. It even helps with removing dead skin cells to some extent.

  Cons

  There's nothing bad to say, but they're asking for 20 characters... The hydration might be a bit lacking, but that's unavoidable given its watery consistency...

  I've been curious about this product for a while, and I finally got it at a great discount.   My skin type: combination dehydrated, somewhat sensitive with redness. The texture is incredibly watery - it drips right off your hand! It applies lightly on the face. While you might not feel an immediate hydration boost, it seems to fulfill its functional role effectively (they say the first product you apply absorbs best). As it contains fermented ingredients, results aren't instant. Like retinol, after a few weeks of use, you'll notice your skin becoming clearer and softer.

  Because it's so watery, if you try to apply it generously like you would a runny toner, it'll make a mess. It feels like you're using a lot due to its thin consistency. However, since you can get it cheaply on Hwahae, it's not too disappointing.
