It's not irritating and feels light even when layered multiple times, making it comfortable and refreshing to use. However, I repurchased this product thinking of the one I bought a few years ago, and it doesn't seem to have the same level of hydration as before. The packaging was so poorly done that the cosmetic container arrived all dented... When I contacted Hwahae, they told me to reach out to Scinic directly, which was a hassle... But after filing a complaint, I promptly received a normal product. The shipping packaging seems to need some improvement. The product container also tends to spill quite a bit each time I use it, so I've transferred it to a spray bottle for convenience. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I love applying this right after cleansing. It doesn't cause any deep dryness, and it's perfect to use before my toner. It works so well for me! This product seems to be a solid choice with good absorption, gentle on the skin, and applies smoothly. The downside was that I still felt some dryness after using it.
