It applies with a nude finish, and the color is really pretty. The packaging is also quite attractive. However, personally, I found the color payoff to be just average. It's a product that left me feeling a bit disappointed. - kt*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 21, 2021
The color is absolutely gorgeous! I received it as a gift from a friend and I'm loving it. Due to its matte finish, it tends to accentuate dead skin cells. I recommend applying lip balm before using this product. If you take care of your lips with a lip balm, you'll be able to achieve a beautiful color payoff. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 31, 2020
It's really great for cool-toned skin, and for warm-toned folks, it looks beautiful when applied over a beige lip color! The downside is that the price might be a bit steep for students, which is a bit disappointing. - wr*******Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 27, 2020
I bought a lipstick after a long time, and I love how the color payoff is beautiful and it's perfect for everyday wear. Most lipsticks tend to have a matte finish, right? This product is also a matte lipstick, so if you have dead skin cells on your lips, I strongly recommend exfoliating before use. Otherwise, it really accentuates the flakiness. I usually apply lip balm or a lip mask about 20 minutes before use, and once it feels absorbed, I apply this lipstick. I typically use it as a base, applying just enough for a subtle color payoff. - ka*****Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 18, 2019
The color is a serene shade between pink and red. It's absolutely gorgeous! While it's an MLBB (My Lips But Better) shade, it's far from making you look sickly. Instead, it enhances your complexion and brightens up your face. I took the photo with my iPhone's default camera. It's very similar to the 'Calm Boss' shade from the Bbia lip line. You could almost say this is an affordable dupe for that one. The texture is matte, the color payoff is excellent, and it feels lightweight, so I use it often. It's a versatile shade that would suit both cool and warm undertones, so give it a try! Being a matte lipstick, it's not particularly moisturizing. However, after using it for several months, I've found it less drying and less prone to emphasizing dead skin cells compared to some matte lipsticks like MAC's Russian Red. Personally, I find Russian Red a bit too crayon-like... I use it for the color, but anyway. While this lipstick isn't completely free from emphasizing flakiness due to its matte nature, considering its color payoff and how it applies, I think it's pretty good. Since it's a matte lipstick, here's a tip: At the beginning of your makeup routine, apply some Vaseline or lip balm generously. Then, when you're finishing up, just before applying the lipstick, use a cotton swab to gently wipe off the lip balm. This helps exfoliate and keeps your lips from getting too dry. You'll be able to apply the lipstick beautifully and neatly! - se****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 18, 2019
1. Color powerhouse I bought Classic Rosy as soon as it was released. I'm a cool-toned winter, so I was a bit worried if it would suit me. Turns out I was concerned for nothing! It's truly a color powerhouse. The shade is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend it as a perfect fall/winter item! 2. Matte on the outside, moisturizing on the inside For reference, I don't have much dead skin on my lips, so I prefer matte lipsticks. For me, it applied smoothly while maintaining a matte finish. It's exactly the texture I love. 3. Great staying power! Of course, it does fade a bit when eating, but it doesn't come off much, and if you're not eating, it lasts incredibly long. 4. Excellent value for money, mid-range price Even without a sale, it's not expensive. Classic Rosy was my introduction to 3CE lipsticks. The affordable price combined with color quality that rivals high-end brands made me a fan. Personally, I prefer it to M brand. 5. Can double as a blush In a pinch, I use it as a blush too, and the color is absolutely fantastic. Just be mindful of the amount you use, and it harmonizes beautifully on both lips and cheeks. 1. Ingredients Perhaps because it's a color cosmetic, the ingredients aren't the best... I deducted one star for this reason. 2. Risk of emphasizing dead skin cells For those with significant lip flakiness, please exfoliate before applying. Since it's matte, it might noticeably highlight any dead skin cells. 3. Seasonal color I found myself reaching for it less in spring and summer. It's a shade that suits the melancholic fall and winter better. Try using it as a blush too! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 16, 2019
The color payoff is beautiful and it adheres to the lips like a tint. The staying power is also not bad. It causes dead skin cells to form on the lips. A few minutes after application, the dead skin starts to peel off. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 20, 2019
This is exactly the shade I've been looking for! The color is perfect and it's more moisturizing than I expected. Since it's a matte product, it does emphasize dead skin cells a bit. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 30, 2019
The color is so different from what you see on screen! It's the kind of shade that makes you want to buy it as soon as you see it in person. The MLB color is absolutely worth it! It's a matte lip product but applies smoothly and evenly. The case is gorgeous too. Simply the best! The staying power was quite disappointing. Even with primer, it wore off easily. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedFeb 18, 2019
This is my holy grail lip product! It doesn't stain your lips at all. When you remove it, your lips return to their natural state! If you apply it when your lips are a bit dry, it tends to pill!
