When I first tested it, I thought it was too red, but as I used it more, I found myself reaching for it more often than the palette from the same line with gold and brown tones. I'm a warm autumn, but yellowy browns don't suit me well, so I prefer colors with a coral mix. I loved that shade 1 had exactly the coral-beige shadow base color I adore. The pearl in shade 2 looked beautiful when I dabbed it on my eyelids. Also, using shade 6 near the lash line or adding a touch of shade 5 or 7 as an accent looked really pretty. The colors swatch so well on the arm that they even leave a stain, but with so many deep shades, it wasn't very versatile. I only regularly use 2-3 colors... I know sometimes we buy a whole palette for just one shade, so I tried to be understanding, but it was a bit disappointing. I'm the type whose eyes look heavy when my eye makeup is too dark, so I only use a tiny bit of the deeper shades. Except for shades 1-2, I felt like I'd never use up the others in my lifetime. The matte shades had a lot of excess powder fallout, and the darker colors tended to clump. It wasn't a palette that's easy to quickly swipe on. - hy******Combination SkinRecommendedOct 31, 2024
The color composition has a luxurious feel that I really appreciate. The palette seems to have a lot of shimmer, making it a bit challenging for everyday makeup. I'm not a big fan of matte-pearl shadows... Out of the three matte-pearl shadows, I only use one that has a subtle shimmer, while the other two I don't use at all. I also don't use the dark brown glitter. For me, it's essentially a 6-pan eyeshadow palette... - or********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 27, 2024
It blends well with heavy makeup looks. The shimmers add versatility to the palette. I wish there were a few more matte shades in the palette. For a beautiful look, start with shade 1 as a base, use 3 and 4 for dimension, then deepen the crease with 8 and 9. - kj******Oily SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 30, 2024
The color is decent. The pigmentation is fine. The combination is acceptable. The price is reasonable. The size is suitable. It lacks uniqueness. Due to its similarity to other products, I end up not using it much after purchasing. - Gu***********Normal SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 11, 2024
As soon as I apply it, my face lights up like someone turned on a fluorescent light. It's so radiant! I can't believe I spent so long debating whether to buy it or not. I almost regret not getting it sooner. As someone who usually jumps from palette to palette, I think I'll be settling down with this one for a while. I had so many products on my wishlist that I was getting mentally exhausted, so I just went ahead and bought this. The output is absolutely stunning! I already own the Etude Peach palette, and I hesitated briefly because people said the color compositions were similar... But if they're similar, then I have a feeling I'll never reach for the Peach Farm again. Hello! The color payoff is incredible. Just imagine transferring the colors from the palette directly onto your eyelids - that's how good it is. Oh, and if you want to create a two-tone look, just adjust the amount and gently pat it on. That's all there is to it! My skin tone is on the lighter side with yellow undertones, so orange shades don't usually suit me. However, from coral to brown to lavender, the lighter tones tend to look good on me. My eyes are monolids that almost look like double eyelids, but without much eyelid space. If you're worried about your eyes looking puffy, just use shimmery shades to make your eyelids look more glamorous and don't apply the coral shade too broadly. There's no exact duplicate under the sun. This palette has a much more elevated tone and looks more luxurious and beautiful. - or****Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRednessRecommendedJul 5, 2024
The color combinations are great to work with. The shimmer pearls are absolutely gorgeous! You need to be careful with the pearl eyeshadows as they break easily. Also, it's a bit pricey unless you catch it on sale. - gr******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 24, 2024
The color payoff is fantastic! The shades are beautiful too. I couldn't use pink eyeshadows in autumn because of my deep skin tone, but I heard Overtake released warmer, deeper shades. I tried them, and the colors turned out gorgeous. The reddish-brown hues worked really well for me. Because the pigmentation is so intense, you need to be careful with application. I haven't noticed any other drawbacks yet. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRednessRecommendedJun 18, 2024
I think I'm on my third one now, and I absolutely love the color range. Every shade is so wearable! There are quite a few intense shades, which might be challenging for beginners to work with. - pp********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 31, 2024
Purchased around last autumn. Perfect for daily makeup with great color payoff and lasting power. Tends to be a bit pricey considering I only use a few shades regularly. - yl******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 12, 2024
The color is versatile and has good staying power. There's minimal excess powder. It seems best suited for warm skin tones. The shades are quite similar, which might make it challenging to create distinctive makeup looks.
