First off, this product makes your skin feel soft and smooth. I bought it because it's supposed to exfoliate and remove basic makeup... As for dead skin cell removal? Not so great. I tend to get a lot of flaky skin around the edges of my face, near my ears... This product doesn't remove it at all. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for exfoliation. It does remove foundation and eyebrow makeup, but that's about it. If you're hoping for more thorough cleansing or exfoliation, you might want to look elsewhere. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJan 28, 2016
It has a gentle feel and I liked that it's less irritating than cleansing emulsions While its cleansing effectiveness isn't particularly high, I keep using it because it feels less irritating - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinFeb 28, 2015
Hmm... I couldn't really find anything good about this product. If I had to pick one thing, maybe the scent? It smells like condensed milk, haha! After using this, I got tiny blemishes all over my face. It doesn't roll on smoothly at all, instead it feels quite rough. Looking at the ingredients now, I see there are a lot of not-so-great ones in there. - Hwahae UserOily SkinFeb 21, 2015
The texture feels gentle on the skin. However, be careful not to get it in your eyes as it can sting! I haven't been using it for long, but it seems pretty decent. Considering the price, it's a good value. It stings my eyes and the fragrance isn't very pleasant... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 13, 2015
I find it's a great value for money and gentle enough for regular use. I've been using it consistently. The volume is relatively small, and after looking into it, I realized it contains ingredients that might not be ideal for sensitive skin. I'm debating whether I should switch to something else. It works even better when used before your regular cleanser. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 18, 2014
When gently massaged, it lifts makeup off your face effortlessly Due to its rich texture, if you rinse with water immediately, an oily residue remains. You need to use a foam cleanser about two more times. After using the milk cleanser, either wipe with a tissue or use a foam cleanser twice to ensure no residue is left behind. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMay 30, 2014
It seems gentle and non-irritating I'm not sure how effective the cleansing is... Unfortunately, it contains quite a few harmful ingredients
