1. Using a whisk to create a lather, my skin feels moisturized and radiant after cleansing. Even without double cleansing, makeup residue is effectively removed. I highly recommend using the whisk, as it has significantly reduced my cleansing time - it's wonderful! 2. I use this as a substitute for shampoo, and while it lathers well, my hair feels stiff and dry after rinsing with water, similar to using soap. However, after using it for a month, I've noticed that my hair is much less prone to shedding and feels stronger. Now, there's also less hair clogging my drain after washing. I use this along with my regular conditioner.
Cons
1. My eyes feel too irritated. The eyeliner and mascara do get removed cleanly, but when it gets in my eyes, it's as painful as being poked by needles. 2. I don't use this as a body wash in the winter. My skin becomes too dry and flaky, with a powdery white buildup of dead skin.

I liked that it was an all-in-one product. I used it as a body cleanser and bubble foam cleanser. I also tried using it as a shampoo, but I didn't like the feeling of my hair getting tangled, so I'm not using it as a shampoo anymore. I've tried the citrus, peppermint, rose, and almond scents. The rose scent wasn't very good.

I've been using the Hwahae app for a few years now, and after discovering it, I've fallen even more in love with the brand. First of all, the product volume is generous and I personally dilute the foam with half water and half product to use it as a cleanser. I also use the concentrated formula as a body cleanser.
