The formula is easy to use, as it comes out as foam right away when placed in the foam container. The foam is quite soft. Although the ingredients are good, the Dr. Bronner's products I've used before generally have good cleansing power, so they can remove makeup quite well. The cleansing power seems good~! The amount is a lot too~! I bought it believing it's natural~! I've tried peppermint, sandalwood, green tea, and rose, and peppermint>green tea>sandalwood>rose are the best suited for my skin and the scents are great too~^^
Cons
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to suit my skin very well~It keeps making my skin itchy and giving me pimple-like things. I was really looking forward to the rose scent too...very disappointing~^^;;;
Tip
I think it's better to try a small amount first and then purchase the larger size. I originally bought the 9**ml and it didn't suit my skin and I didn't use it much, so I'm just using it as a hand soap now.

Pros
Due to my extremely sensitive skin, I've tried various mild product formulations and settled on this one. I've used green tea, Earl Grey, sandalwood, cherry, tea tree, and rose - all of them. It has good cleansing power, is gentle, and can be used for both facial cleansing and body wash, which is great.
Cons
I've tried various castile soaps, but the tea tree one has the worst scent I've ever encountered. The tea tree scent is at the level of being cute (based on my personal preference). While the scent seems okay when just opening the container, the fragrance when lathering for facial cleansing and showering is really... It's too much to even call it a fragrance. To me, it smells like vomiting after drinking beer.ㅠㅠ I also use the Dr. Bronner's rose lip balm, and the lip balm is fine, but I don't know why the castile soap has such an unpleasant scent.
