  Pros

  After buying this, my mom got me Primera's Spra○○ serum the next day. Well... it caused my carefully managed skin to flare up again. So I switched back to this product, using it with Organience skin and emulsion. The product is gentle and has good hydration, which seems to be just what my sensitive skin needed. My skin texture improved and it absorbs quickly - I really love it! I'll definitely repurchase when I run out. +Update: I did repurchase and the design has changed. Also, I really want to praise the thinner cotton pads they now include (thank you so much, Primera!). I think this might be my holy grail essence. It's so hydrating, making my skin plump and deeply moisturized! My skin texture has improved so much that I'll buy it again when I finish this one.

  I'm not sure about the brightening effects yet. I don't know if it's just not noticeable because my skin is already fair, but it doesn't seem to be getting any lighter. Also, I think the hydration might not be enough for winter. +Update: It was fine until early fall, but as it's getting colder, I'm definitely feeling the need for a more moisturizing cream.

  These days, I'm not using toner. Instead, I'm applying the essence twice! 1. After cleansing, soak a cotton pad with plenty of essence and use it to refine your skin texture. 2. Apply the essence directly to your face and let it absorb (they say if you put it on your hands first, your hands absorb all the nutrients, so I just do it this way). 3. Apply a small amount of emulsion to your face and let it absorb. 4. Apply a small amount of moisturizer to your face and let it absorb. 5. Spray on some essence mist and let it absorb. Note: I wipe my hands with a tissue after each step. If dust gets on your hands... I'm trying to keep my skincare routine as clean as possible!

  It's non-irritating and incredibly gentle. While I'm not particularly sensitive, I do prefer using mild skincare products, and this one feels especially gentle among them. I've never experienced any burning sensation or tingling during use.

  Cons

  The scent... I find myself sniffing every time I apply it. It's a bit unpleasant. After using it for three months, apart from its gentleness, I don't see any significant benefits in terms of brightening, blemish soothing, or hydration. I won't be repurchasing...

  For those with very dry skin, lightly hydrate your skin with toner first, then apply this product. It absorbs even better that way!
