The lather doesn't form as well as I expected. It's better than Avalon, though.
I'm not sure about the effectiveness of the biotin.

I used to stock up on this shampoo when it went on sale, as it is more expensive compared to the volume of other shampoos, since it contains biotin. It felt like an investment in the future.. I used it for quite a long time and finished several bottles. (The packaging design is different from the one shown on Hwahae, but since it is a biotin shampoo, it seems to be the same product.)
My scalp is not dry, but it's not oily either, just normal.

The volume is just 400ml, is this for real? It's a hassle to keep replacing them.

After using the renewed biotin shampoo and conditioner together for about 5 months, my hair has become thicker and healthier.

I really liked this product! 
The cleansing power is great and my hair feels so soft.
I have really problematic scalp issues like crusts, oozing, pimples, and dandruff, but I had no problems at all! 
The fragrance is also nice, and the lather was as soft as microfiber.

The domestic price range is still a bit disappointing. For now, it's still cheaper to buy in bulk through direct imports.

There were many reviews saying the scent was too strong, so I bought just one bottle to try it out. But I thought it was fine. The lather was much softer and more comfortable than the shampoo I used before, and it didn't leave my hair feeling greasy after use.

According to the explanations on YouTube or Naver blogs, using the hohouba oil scalp cleansing method recommended by Director Pai was definitely effective. My hair really stopped falling out. I've never seen such effects from using any other products. You should look into it.

I bought this shampoo based on the good reviews on iHerb, but I got annoyed when I checked the ingredients. Although I have severe allergies, I was fortunate that I didn't have an immediate allergic reaction to this shampoo.
Since using only mild acidic shampoos reduces cleansing power, I bought this as a secondary shampoo. While it doesn't contain many bad ingredients, I feel betrayed.
The famous biotin shampoo from iHerb, the blue one, made my hair a mess and was completely ineffective, so I had to throw it away. I used the Nature's Gate biotin shampoo and the Biogro shampoo, which were both decent in terms of price and ingredients.

After using this shampoo, the lather was very abundant, just like regular shampoos. However, I disliked and was afraid of the excessive lather. Many people do consider lather to be an important factor.

When not washing daily, a pre-shampoo is essential.

It's too watery. Since my scalp is oily, the lather seems good, but it's not thick and creamy, so it dissipates quickly. You can basically say the lather is only present when applying it. It gets used up quickly because of how runny it is.
The cotton or baby powder scent is quite strong. You can smell it as soon as you open the bathroom door. 
My scalp itchiness hasn't improved much.
I always find it inconvenient when it's not in a pump bottle.

Now it's available for purchase at several major domestic discount stores and drugstores (Lotte Drugstore). 
My scalp doesn't get oily quickly, and my hair is super soft. (However, it's not recommended for oily scalps) I don't even need to use a separate conditioner or treatment.
Surprisingly, I've noticed a significant reduction in dandruff since using this.
It contains 0.01% biotin. Well, it's good that they specify the content amount.

The ingredients are not that great.. There are some concerning ingredients, so even though it's supposedly famous, I think I'll have to be a bit careful with it due to sensitivity.

There may be a love-it-or-hate-it response to the distinctive baby powder scent, as it can be subjective.

I purchased and have been using this product even before seeing it on the Hwahae app. Compared to the SLS-free shampoo I was using before, the ingredients are gentler and there was less irritation when using it. It lathers well and is almost like a natural shampoo. Since I have seborrheic dermatitis, I need a mild shampoo, and this product seems gentle and good. However, with the recent increase in fine dust, I may need to look for a shampoo with better cleansing power. I plan to try the tea tree product from the same company in the future.

This shampoo doesn't seem to work well for people with oily scalps. It was difficult to rinse out, leaving a sticky feeling, and my hair felt greasy again shortly after using it.

Using this shampoo made my hair feel soft and healthy, and I enjoyed the ginseng scent.

For those who say it doesn't lather well - make sure to thoroughly wet your hair, lather it up focusing on the scalp, or try using a lather net. If that still doesn't work, I'd recommend Elasta.

I hope it will be available in offline stores in Korea soon.

During dry scalp season, nothing beats this! I love Jason. The natural shampoo with biotin is so much better than Aveeno or Neutrogena - the ingredients are great, it lathers well, and the cleansing power is good. And most importantly, unlike other biotin shampoos, Jason is not stiff! It's so soft!!!
