The scent is nice, and it's gentler overall. I used Bioderma's Sensibio line before, but when it ran out, I looked for a more affordable option. I found this on sale at Olive Young, and it's such great value for money! They claim it uses 200-year-old French thermal spring water or something, which sounded gentle, so I gave it a try. It seems to suit my sensitive skin well. There's less of a slippery feeling after use compared to Bioderma, and it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight like Bioderma did if I didn't apply moisturizer quickly. This one keeps my skin hydrated for longer. Even with my dry skin, I could tolerate it if I accidentally fell asleep without doing my skincare routine. Like Bioderma, it doesn't irritate my eyes, which is great. I tried CARE:ZONE A.R.H Derma in between, but it stung my eyes, so I switched back.
ConsThe downside is you shouldn't expect powerful cleansing. If you're hoping for a gentle cleansing water that can remove heavy, waterproof makeup, that might be asking too much. For makeup removal, Bioderma is still superior. However, considering the price and overall performance, this one definitely holds its own.

Cleanses well and feels like a refining toner. I really like it.
ConsThe price is a bit steep. Compared to Bioderma's cleansing water, I'm a bit disappointed with the ingredients.

Plus, there's no redness after cleansing. You can snag it at a great price when it's on sale at Costco!
ConsBeing a water-based formula, it can be a bit wasteful and pricey. Also, when using tinted lip products, you'll need a separate remover to get them off completely.
TipI saw on a beauty program that if you soak a cotton pad and leave it on your T-zone for a moment, it helps remove excess sebum effectively.

Unlike other makeup removers from drugstores that made my skin red and caused a burning sensation, this product doesn't do that. It feels refreshing, as if I've barely used anything!
ConsCompared to other products, I'm not sure if it removes makeup completely. It works fine for me since I wear light makeup, but it doesn't easily remove mascara or similar products when I occasionally use them.

I tried Nature Republic Jeju Sparkling Cleansing Water because this was pricey, but it caused a breakout of tiny blemishes, so I came back to Uriage... Nothing beats this for me. I use a separate lip and eye remover, but since I don't wear heavy eye makeup and I soak the cotton pad generously, I've never had issues with its cleansing effectiveness. This is simply my holy grail product.
ConsIt's expensive... But that's the only downside I can think of.
TipUse it by generously soaking a cotton pad

This was especially bad when cleansing, with my skin feeling like it was on fire. But with this cleansing water, I didn't experience any of that - it was incredibly gentle. Even on days when I was exhausted and only used the cleansing water before bed, my skin wasn't stressed at all when I washed it in the morning. Also, I love that it doesn't cause any tingling sensation when removing eye makeup.
ConsIt doesn't seem to remove eye makeup instantly. You need to soak the cotton pad well and hold it on the eye area for a bit longer, but then it does come off.

Doesn't sting even if it gets in your eyes. The cleansing effectiveness is quite good.
ConsThe lid seems to come off easily, giving the impression that it might evaporate quickly. Other than that, no complaints. Satisfied and 99% likely to repurchase.
