As someone with oily/seborrheic dermatitis, I found that cleansing oils didn't work for me. After trying Bioderma and La Roche-Posay, I gave Uriage Water a go. Moisturizing power: La Roche-Posay wins (rich and nourishing), Uriage comes second (smooth and hydrating - just right), Bioderma third (fresh and moisturizing) Skin soothing: Bioderma takes the lead, Uriage second (thanks to thermal water), La Roche-Posay third - but this may vary person to person Cleansing effectiveness: Bioderma is the champion, La Roche-Posay and Uriage tie for second place Uriage is the absolute winner when it comes to being gentle on the eyes - no stinging at all! I bought this when it was on sale at Lohb's - 500ml+500ml for less than Bioderma. Still, it's quite pricey. It contains slightly more potentially irritating ingredients compared to Bioderma. I think I'll use Bioderma in spring and summer, and switch to Uriage for fall and winter. Bioderma has a more water-like, fresh moisturizing feel, which seems perfect for very oily skin or hot summer days. Uriage might be better for those with combination dehydrated skin or sensitive skin. Its smooth, hydrating texture makes it less irritating when removing with a cotton pad. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 19, 2017
I haven't used it for long, but I can definitely say it's gentle on the skin! I'll leave a more detailed review after using it more. I haven't used it long enough to really tell yet. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 16, 2017
There's no irritation at all. The generous amount allows for worry-free use. Foundation keeps coming off even after wiping. My skin feels dry after use. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 17, 2017
It was gentle and nice! I tried it during a buy-one-get-one-free deal at Olive Young. I loved how my skin felt moisturized after cleansing! The cleansing effectiveness is a bit disappointing. The description claims it's as good as oil cleansers, but compared to those, it falls short. On days with heavy makeup, I have to use it twice to remove everything completely. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinFeb 26, 2017
I've tried several cleansing waters, but this one is quite satisfying. It's gentle, leaves no sticky residue after wiping, and feels fresh and clean. For eye makeup, I use a separate point remover, so I don't notice any stinging if it gets in my eyes. The cleansing effectiveness is good too. It removes makeup gently without irritation. I love that my face doesn't feel tight or dry after use - it's great! There wasn't anything particularly disappointing. The scent isn't amazing, but it's not off-putting either - just neutral. It's even better to buy when they have a 500ml large size 1+1 deal. - ru*******Combination SkinRecommendedFeb 23, 2017
Gentle and suited my skin well. The scent is pleasant and there's a generous amount too! As it's a cleansing water, it only does a good job of cleansing. It doesn't have any additional benefits. I think Bioderma might be better than this. It's a great deal if you buy it during a one-plus-one promotion through a purchasing service. - vi********Oily SkinSensitive SkinSep 19, 2016
Snagged a 500ml bottle for 38000 won during a buy-one-get-one-free deal! If you think about it as 19000 won for 500ml, it's an excellent cleansing water! About 4 cotton pads are enough to remove all makeup. The price...? Who in their right mind would pay 38000 won for this without the BOGO deal? I only bought it because of the offer. You're better off getting Bioderma for that price. And they added fragrance to this...? They should have just left it out. It contains hot spring water, so I use about 5 pads for a full face of makeup, slowly absorbing and wiping off. It removes residue well. It's similar to Bioderma, but Bioderma is still the best. I've tried many cleansing waters, and my top 3 are Bioderma, this one, and Aritaum Aloe cleansing water! If you've got money to spare, stick with Bioderma. If you're tired of Bioderma or find it too pricey, grab this during a BOGO sale. If even that's too expensive, go for the Aritaum Aloe cleansing water - it's really effective at removing makeup too! - ba*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSep 16, 2016
It's so gentle! I used it as a third cleansing step before applying toner. When I skip a day after using it daily, I feel uncomfortable, which shows how refreshing it is. Even as a third cleanse, it still removes residual impurities. For some reason, it feels like it's missing that last 2% to be perfect. After washing your face, apply it to a cotton pad and wipe your skin. - pr*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinJul 17, 2016
The cleansing effectiveness is great, and it seems to be free of harmful ingredients! It was good at first, but as I continued using it, something felt off. My skin started feeling more sensitive and I noticed some redness, so I'm planning to stop using it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJul 15, 2016
It's gentle enough to use as a cleanser, and I also use it like a toner to wipe my face after washing. It's a product you can easily use in summer without any issues. For a cleansing water, its cleansing effectiveness is lacking, so I only use it to lightly remove skin makeup before using a foam cleanser.
