I bought this on sale at a great price. The absorption is just right, and it provides a lot of hydration. Ah... I came to write about the disappointing aspects, but I see most reviews are similar to mine. Strangely, when I apply it before bed, I get an allergic reaction and can't use it. While the absorption and finish are good, I think the ingredients don't agree with me or there might be some conflicting combination. For those with sensitive skin, it seems to have enough irritation to cause mild allergic reactions, even if it's not severe. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinMay 3, 2018
I bought this along with an ampoule. It was an impulse purchase due to the large quantity at such an affordable price. I can't say there's anything particularly special about it. Unlike others, I don't experience any tingling, but it seems to dry out too quickly. On the other hand, it also leaves a slightly greasy feeling. To be honest, this seems to work better for foot care than for the face. It's not too slippery and absorbs well... - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 27, 2018
As someone with dry skin, I used this along with the Power10 emulsion and found it great. It was moisturizing, and I didn't experience any blemishes or burning sensation. If you have dry skin and plan to use this in winter, I recommend using it alongside a hydrating moisturizer. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJun 8, 2017
Affordable... I bought it for less than $5 (in-store purchase). The bottle is glass, not plastic. Large volume at 120ml. Sigh... I was in a hurry and bought it right away because it was cheap, without testing. That seems to have been a mistake... My face became itchy and tingling immediately after applying. I tried it once more just in case, but the same thing happened. Looks like it'll become a body emulsion... Since it's cheap, I guess that's okay. Everyone's skin can react differently to ingredients, so make sure to test it before buying! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinDec 24, 2016
The watery texture is incredibly hydrating. I noticed a significant improvement in my skin texture after just a day or two of use. I've been using Thayers Witch Hazel consistently for years, and recently I was using the Enprani Hilda Astringent Toner (my mom bought it for me). However, I really disliked the Hilda toner and had to force myself to finish the 500ml bottle. Then, I saw It's Skin was having a sale and bought this out of curiosity - and it's a holy grail! The sale lasts until the end of the month, so I'm considering stocking up. Since it was a holy grail for me, I naturally assumed it would have high ratings on Hwahae... but I was surprised to see it didn't. Looking at the low-rated reviews, it seems those with acne-prone skin should avoid this! I do tend to get acne, but only a few spots here and there occasionally. Also... I was shocked to see that the ingredients aren't that great... In my case, I've only ever used watery toners for cleansing purposes, so I didn't have high expectations. Witch Hazel worked best for this purpose, which is why I used it for years... But now I've realized that even a cleansing toner can offer additional benefits. If you want a toner that hydrates and improves skin texture, buy this right away! If it's on sale, buy two...! Recently, I ran out of cream and only used aloe gel, but my skin condition is still at its best! I'm currently using this with the Power 10 Formula LI Effector (for clear and soothed skin), and it seems to work even better when used with the Power 10 essence series...! My current skincare routine: It's Skin Power 10 Formula Facial Toner - It's Skin Power 10 LI Effector - IOPE Intense Moisture Vitalizing Softener (a slightly richer toner, often skipped when I'm busy) - Holika Holika Good Cera Ultra Emulsion - JNC Aloe Vera Premium Super Gel. - Hwahae UserDry SkinDec 11, 2016
It's wonderfully moisturizing in winter, but those with slightly oily skin might want to steer clear. There's a bit of an oily feel to it, so it's probably not suitable for those with oily skin. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinSep 27, 2016
The fragrance is lovely, and it feels rich on the skin. It seems perfect for winter use. It might cause some blemishes to appear, and it feels a bit dry when used alone. While it's moisturizing, it feels too heavy for summer use. - wl********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 26, 2016
It's quite hydrating. I have dry, acne-prone skin, and this kept it moisturized. I like that the scent isn't overpowering. It seems suitable for those who don't have super sensitive skin. It feels like it contains a lot of alcohol. When I first used it, there was a slight tingling sensation. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 17, 2016
The affordable price, pleasant scent, and attractive packaging design. That's all it has going for it. Every time I use this, I break out in blemishes. It makes my skin itch immediately after application. Even when my skin is in good condition, I've tried it multiple times, but this product always causes breakouts. I use it as a body emulsion instead. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 4, 2015
I snagged this toner and emulsion set for a bargain price of $9.90 during a sale. It has a nice balance of richness, absorbs well, and has a pleasant, subtle scent. It might feel a bit heavy for combination dehydrated skin. While it's said to contain ingredients from It's Skin's Formula Effector line, I'm not sure about their effectiveness.
