It leaves your skin feeling soft and slightly dry. I used it for 4 days and didn't get any new blemishes during that time. The redness on my cheeks has faded a bit. The small textured areas of my skin remain unchanged. It seems suitable for oily skin types with inflammatory acne. It's definitely effective in controlling sebum and calming redness. I think I need to use it a bit longer to fully assess. My forehead and the area around my mouth became dry, so I applied a light moisturizer on top. Even then, it still feels dry. Small bumps appeared on my forehead. It feels like the dryness caused facial oils to surface, making my skin feel itchy. For combination skin, it's better to apply this product selectively rather than all over. Try spot-treating problem areas. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSep 9, 2016
As someone with sensitive, acne-prone skin, I struggled to find the right moisturizer until I discovered this one. Its anti-inflammatory properties seem to help my blemishes subside faster, and it claims to regulate sebum production. Surprisingly, it doesn't cause any intense tightness. Being a cream, it also provides good hydration, which I appreciate. Be careful not to apply too much, as it can pill. You need to use just one pump and spread a small amount evenly. At first, I thought more would be better, but it ended up leaving a white cast when I used too much. Also, it's quite pricey for the amount you get. While it works well, the cost is a bit disappointing. If you apply a small amount and gently pat it in, it works well even under makeup in the morning.
